James house was in a great neihborhood close to freeway access and Hollywood . The house was clean, easy instructions, and had a cozy outdoor area to hangout after visting LA area. There was alot of steps to access property but nothing to hard. The only issue was the event propery next door patrons blocked our parking spot, but they moved the cars when asked. Overall I would highly recomend property.

Great place in the hills. Our group had a great time. Everything we needed and more. Great little out door hang-out space downstairs! I wish we would have had more time to spend at the house but so close to everything!

This house is HUGE! We came for a work meeting and definitely met the lodging needs of the team. If you have any accessibility issues or bad knees, this may not be the place for you. The first flight of stairs leads to the beautiful, co-working friendly balcony. The next smaller flight leads to the downstairs apartment! The next flight of stairs goes up to the house. BUT, if you want to get to the jacuzzi from outside, there is another looooong flight of stairs. So basically, lots of places to pause if needed. The entire space was super clean, clear, and just beautiful. There was some interesting art as well. When a colleague noticed there wasn’t carbon monoxide or smoke detectors , James was incredibly responsive and came to replace the missing detectors other guests took down. It’s accessible to lots of places and close to the freeway as well. All in all, nice stay in LA!

The place had plenty of private space for a trip of adults. There were also plenty of gathering spaces. It was comfortable and clean. The location was great since we came for an event in Hollywood. The home was beautiful and peaceful with great views. We would stay here again if we return next year. Awesome host!
