With easy access to the marina, local attractions, and the charming downtown area.Step inside this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo, where coastal elegance meets modern comfort. The primary suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bath with a relaxing tub and shower combo. Each of the two additional bedrooms features plush queen-size beds, providing ample space and comfort and they share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have a smart TV and we provide basic cable.

The condo hosts a stylish open-concept living area, thoughtfully designed to maximize space and light. The well-equipped kitchen is updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the items needed to prepare a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner.

The spacious living area flows onto a private balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy a peaceful sunrise and sunset, and watch the wildlife, and boaters in the waterway below. This inviting outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or simply taking in the tranquil sound views.

We provide sheets, bath towels, paper products, soap, and trash bags. Also dish soap, laundry, and dishwasher pods. Beach towels and equipment are not provided.

Boat slips are available for rent separately from the onsite Dock Master and staff. Please contact the office at Olde Towne Yacht Club for more information.

Our HOA does not allow renters to bring pets. The HOA and DOA own and operate security cameras in all public areas of the property.

Olde Towne Yacht Club and Marina is located on Radio Island less than 2 miles into Historic Beaufort Waterfront. Beaufort, North Carolina is a historic town located along the Cyrstal Coast on the southeastern outer banks. It is the third-oldest town in North Carolina and has a rich history dating back to its founding in 1709. The Waterfront features unique shops, restaurants, and the Maritime Museum. Uber, Lift, and local taxi's available.

Check-in instructions are sent a few days before check-in. We are happy to allow an early check-in only if condo is clean and ready. I will contact you if everything is ready early.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A $250.00 security deposit is due 7 days before check-in. The deposit is fully refundable after the home has been inspected on the day of check-out after it has been determined there is no damage to the property, damage to items in the property, or items missing from the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy is Firm. Guest can and should purchase trip insurance independently. Trip insurance is easily available online from many reputable companies. We make no recommendations.

Cancellation Policy: If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit, and payments will be refunded as follows:

a) 30 days before the check-in date – 100% refund of all deposits and payments made.

b) 29 days before check-in date – 50% refund of all deposits and payments made.

c) 14 days before check-in No refunds

d) If cancelled days are rebooked a refund less the difference between the paid price and the new booked price will be given.

e) In place of a refund a guest can receive a credit for unused nights within a year of cancelled dates. A new reservation must be made for the credited nights. The new reservation depends on available dates and price differences. Guests can be charged additional fees for price differences or fees that may have increased from the original reservation.

f) Either a refund or credit will be given but not both.

g) In the case the owner has to cancel the reservation - 100% refund of all deposits and payments made will be refunded. We will make every effort to NOT cancel a reservation, but sometimes an unforeseen incident can not be avoided.

h) Cancellation after 1st Day of Reservation: If a guest reservation has begun and you must leave and can not complete your stay.

i) We will refund the same as above in (d,e, and f)

j) A new cleaning fee will be charged at the current cleaning rate for the new reservation date.

k) Hurricane Policy: If there is a storm or hurricane, the above cancellation policy applies, unless a mandatory evacuation is issued for the Beaufort, NC area. If there is a mandatory evacuation during the guest’s stay, no refunds will be given for nights stayed, a refund will be prorated for nights not used, or a stay rescheduled to a future open date within one year of booked dates if available. We encourage all guests to purchase Traveler Insurance through a private company. It is the guest’s responsibility to obtain and know their coverage options.

Notes

The view is the best of anywhere on the Crystal Coast. The seven-story building on the tip of Beaufort Inlet on Radio Island is a private gated community and marina. Sunrise and Sunsets are visible from the front and back balconies and walkways. We have access to a private gate to Radio Island's public beach. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlook the marina and Beaufort Inlet. Our fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor grilling areas, docks, waterways, and much more, make Olde Towne Yacht Club the perfect getaway! The location is centrally located between Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts, so you are close to everything you want to do, shopping, dining, and boating.
