Luxurious 3 bedroom condo - Beaufort

I cherish this condo and would like you to as well. No smoking and no animals. Parking passes in jar by the bar area (please return them before you leave). Please put a parking tag on your mirror in your car. Please take your shoes off in the hallway, before you get to the carpeted area. There is only plastic and aluminum recycling--located by dumpsters. I have a trash container under the sink for recycling. The trash dumpsters and recycling are located on the far side of the parking lot. Please dispose of all trash throughout the week and upon leaving the condo. Check out time is 10AM and check in time is 4PM. Please leave the condo in good condition with games put away and furnishings in the same order as you found them. Please put dishes in the dishwasher and start it. In the spring and summer please start a load of towel in the washer. It takes a long time for them to dry and this will help if I have a same day turn. ______________________________________ The hot tub is located next to the pool. There is a timer for jets/bubbles located on the wall in the pool area. Please use the club house and exercise room as you like. The steam room is located in the clubhouse. _____________________________________ Enjoy yourselves, fishing from the docks, strolling on Radio Island Beach (at high tide the beach is walkable, but small). I have seen dolphins off of my balcony as well as while sitting on the beach. You can take a ferry to Shackleford Island (from Beaufort) and go shelling and see wild horses. Beaufort and Morehead City offer many great restaurants as well. I have a book in the condo that lists area attractions and restaurants for your convenience. Thanks & Enjoy!
