Relax and watch for dolphins as they commonly swim in the waterway. A private gate for Radio Island Beach access is only steps away; choose the pool or jacuzzi to take in the day or use the fitness center, grills, and fishing off the docks. The choices are endless as we invite you to breathe in the salt air and enjoy your stay.

This 3 bedroom and 2 bath beautifully decorated condo on the 4th floor is in the gated community of Olde Towne Yacht Club and Marina and is on Radio Island. Within a few minutes drive to Beaufort Waterfront, Morehead City Waterfront, and Atlantic Beach.

-Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart TV w/Spectrum cable box, a private full bath, and direct access to the large balcony.

-The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed, a smart Roku TV w/Spectrum app, and direct access to the shared bath.

-The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin Bunk beds, a smart Roku TV w/Spectrum app, an Arcade game, and hallway access to the shared bath.

The condo features water views from the master bedroom, living room, and dining areas, with a large balcony the width of the condo. The community features a full-service marina, outdoor pool with jacuzzi, workout room, multiple gas grills, outdoor dining areas, docks for great fishing, community room, and private gate access to Radio Island Beach.

In our kitchen, we are well-stocked for cooking or baking. We have a wine refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and much more. We also provide basic coffee with cream and sugar, as well as, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, pods for dishwasher, and paper towels.

In our Bedrooms, we provide all bed linens, pillows, and extra blankets. Each bedroom has a smart TV where you can access Spectrum for basic cable or login to your own streaming apps.

In our bathrooms, we provide towels, beach/pool towels complimentary travel-size toiletries, hand soap, a hair dryer, along with paper products.

We have a washer-dryer combination, we provide washer pods and dryer sheets.

Beaufort hosts wonderful locally-owned restaurants and unique shops along with many historic sites. Beaufort features the Maritime Museum and marina to charter boat trips to Rachel Carson Reserve, Shackleford Banks, and Cape Lookout Lighthouse.

Morehead City is just over the bridge with many dining and shopping options for everyone's taste. Then a short drive to Atlantic Beach, Fort Macon, and Pine Knoll Shores for the North Carolina Aquarium.

Boat slips are available to rent separately from our onsite Marina office and Dock Master. We are the closest point the the Beaufort Inlet for all water activities.

Beaufort was voted by Travel and Leisure Magazine as 2014 America's Favorite Beach Town, 2015 was voted America's Favorite Small Town, and 2016 was voted America's Most Romantic Town. Beaufort is the definition of historic Southern Charm and Hospitality.

There is a Security Camera on the balcony facing the docks to monitor the weather, they are turned off and taped over during guest stays. Additional Security Cameras outside and inside common areas of the entire property. Cameras are operated and controlled by HOA/DOA/Management Company.

House Rules:

**To ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules**

-Provide the names of all guests staying at the condo

-Respect the Rental as you would your own home

-Maximum occupancy is 9 guests

-No parties, events, gatherings, or additional guests allowed

-No smoking, vaping, or open flames

-No pets are allowed under any circumstances policy and renters will be fined

-No slime, ply-doh, glue, paint, glitter, confetti, dye, or like items that stain or damage

-A $50 fee applies for a lost or missing pool key fob.

-Quiet hours are from 11 PM on weekdays/12 AM on weekends

-Do not bring carts into the condo for any reason

-No filming with the intent to distribute

-No third-party renting or subleasing

-No commercial businesses

-No illegal substances or activities in the condo or on OTYC property

-Please report any damage or breakage promptly

***We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow the house rules and/or OTYC community guidelines***

Virginia Girls Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and property was even better in person! Extremely clean top to bottom, bright rooms, gorgeous view, comfortable beds and sofas, and every single little item you need for a comfortable feel-right-at-home stay! Keri was wonderful as far as answering questions before our stay and making sure we were comfortable and had all we needed after checking in! We had the best time and made memories to last a lifetime and definitely would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven on earth!

Bring Your Binoculars!

Bring your binoculars and enjoy your Beaufort Sunrise! This rental is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication was excellent and check in was easy. Spectacular water view! Three dolphins came to visit us, and we watched them playing from our balcony. The Radio Island location provides easy access to Beaufort and Moorehead City. Well maintained community. Everyone agreed that the place was perfect and that we would love to come back again. Next time, I will remember to bring my binoculars...

Absolutely amazing vacation!

Absolutely amazing, this place was spotless and outstanding, it had everything, we didn't have to buy anything but food and drinks. So much space, amazing views overlooking the water that were unmatched versus anything we have ever done. The location was in a safe and secure place with gates, so quiet and peaceful, and close to both Beaufort and Morehead City. We were so close to a sunset cruise charter in Beaufort, and fishing charter in Atlantic Beach. It had a huge deck with so much room and views that were just crazy awesome. I could go on and on but man if you want an extremely comfortable, safe, and convenient place don't hesitate to book with Keri. The communication was perfect, we never had any questions on how things worked or what to do. Thanks so much for our much needed vacation, we will book again sometime soon.

Wonderful Stay!

This is the 5th year my family and I have stayed at Olde Town Yacht Club and it never disappoints. This was our first time staying in this unit and it was absolutely wonderful! Communication with the host was very easy and the attention to detail in the condo is unmatched. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week! We loved our stay and we will be returning guests!

Super clean property and wonderful host

We had a relaxing week with our boat docked at the marina for beach days and access to the pool and hot tub in the afternoons. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock. The owner is very friendly and responsive, and the condo was very well equipped and clean.

Check-in instructions are sent a few days before check-in. We are happy to allow an early check-in only if condo is clean and ready. I will contact you if everything is ready early.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A $250.00 security deposit is due 7 days before check-in. The deposit is fully refundable after the home has been inspected on the day of check-out after it has been determined there is no damage to the property, damage to items in the property, or items missing from the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy is Firm. Guest can and should purchase trip insurance independently. Trip insurance is easily available online from many reputable companies. We make no recommendations.

Cancellation Policy: If the guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit, and payments will be refunded as follows:

a) 30 days before the check-in date – 100% refund of all deposits and payments made.

b) 29 days before check-in date – 50% refund of all deposits and payments made.

c) 14 days before check-in No refunds

d) If cancelled days are rebooked a refund less the difference between the paid price and the new booked price will be given.

e) In place of a refund a guest can receive a credit for unused nights within a year of cancelled dates. A new reservation must be made for the credited nights. The new reservation depends on available dates and price differences. Guests can be charged additional fees for price differences or fees that may have increased from the original reservation.

f) Either a refund or credit will be given but not both.

g) In the case the owner has to cancel the reservation - 100% refund of all deposits and payments made will be refunded. We will make every effort to NOT cancel a reservation, but sometimes an unforeseen incident can not be avoided.

h) Cancellation after 1st Day of Reservation: If a guest reservation has begun and you must leave and can not complete your stay.

i) We will refund the same as above in (d,e, and f)

j) A new cleaning fee will be charged at the current cleaning rate for the new reservation date.

k) Hurricane Policy: If there is a storm or hurricane, the above cancellation policy applies, unless a mandatory evacuation is issued for the Beaufort, NC area. If there is a mandatory evacuation during the guest’s stay, no refunds will be given for nights stayed, a refund will be prorated for nights not used, or a stay rescheduled to a future open date within one year of booked dates if available. We encourage all guests to purchase Traveler Insurance through a private company. It is the guest’s responsibility to obtain and know their coverage options.
