No sparklers or fireworks are allowed in our home, outside our home or on deck, or for that matter, anywhere in or on Piper Ridge per HOA rules. Please do not bring them on your trip. No fire pits.

Important: If it’s NOT winter, then it’s bear season! Do not leave food outdoors, or in cars. Make sure you bring the groceries in immediately. Keep doors locked.No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. Check in is anytime after 4:00 PM
