Our stay was perfect! The house was great for our family of adults- different floors for everyone to sleep on and ample common space to hang out. Hot tub was a plus! We have been visiting Stratton for many years and would absolutely book with Sierra again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stratton. Beautiful area and great location! The boys played golf and the girls enjoyed shopping in the area. From Dutton’s farm stand to the shops in the village at Stratton and the lovely town of Manchester. It was awesome. We appreciated Sierra. She was extremely accommodating !

We had a wonderful stay in July 2024. It was peaceful, with easy access to everything. Great ammenities in the unit and walkable to the village of Stratton. Make sure to stop by the Market Deli - amazing sandwiches and the staff were very friendly. Joined the locals Pike's Falls - great swimming hole! Will be back - thanks Sierra. Highly recommended.

The location and size of the home was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The communication with Sierra as great prior to arrival. We really enjoyed the home other than 2 issues. In addition to the location & size of the home, we booked here because of the hot tub and fireplace- both were not working. The hot tub smelled of mildew and the water was dirty. And now looking over a previous review, I see that they were aware of the issue and it was not solved before we arrived. The gas fireplace remote needs a new battery and so we couldn't use the fireplace. The general store in Stratton doesn't carry that type of battery and there were no extras in the home. Whomever is coming in after each guest departs should be checking these things- this shouldn't be up to the renter to discover- especially for the money we are spending. Also, there is extremely low water pressure in the kitchen sink (again I see another renter noted this and still hasn't been addressed).

The house was really spacious and in a great location - we were able to walk to the town at the base of the mountain in about 15-20mins. However, we did have some problems with the amenities. The pull out couch in the downstairs room was broken, so we were not able to use it. The hottub water level was low, and we asked the host to refill it, but that was never done. The toilet on the ground floor would not stop running, and someone did come to "fix" this, but it still did not work. Also, the shuttles do not run on the weekdays, only the weekends! There was enough parking for 3 cars, which was great. Overall the stay was nice because of the location!

The place was beautiful and spacious. Also an extremely convenient 5 minute drive to the Sunbowl lodge. We were disappointed that the promised shuttle to Stratton does NOT run during the week. This place would be amazing if not for some deferred maintenance and limited parking. Master shower and kitchen sink had almost no water pressure. Hot tub smelled off and was tinged green, even after the host came and put some chlorine in. There are only 2 parking spaces. Supposedly there are 2 communal spaces available in the complex but they were never plowed out while we were there.
