Our fully-equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes cable/Smart TVs high speed internet, a welcoming fireplace, a parking space in the heated garage, and a private ground-floor patio that looks out to the Commons with a skating pond or fountain and sometimes weddings! All lodge guests have access to the year-round heated swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, the Great Room lobby, and family activities. Access to adjacent golf course and nearby health club.

Kitchen provides Keurig and drip coffeemakers, cookware and bakeware, organic spices. Relaxing living room and dining area. Bose bluetooth speaker.

Fabulous family stay! The condo is so comfortable, spacious, and lovely! Great porch for coffee. Fits a family of 4 so nicely. Very thoughtful amenities. Super quick walk up to Stratton Village. Great recommendations and fantastic condo guide. Very friendly condo management. 5/5 star experience! Highly recommended by our whole crew!

My family is here for a fall weekend getaway. Dave and Wanda are wonderful hosts - thoughtful, responsive and hospitable. The condo is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you can think of. Would definitely come back again for ski season.

Like another review said, whatever you forgot while packing will be there, and more. Near elevator and lobby. Its location within building allows a step out to garden. Pond fountain is the pleasant view from the unit.

The condo and resort were beautiful. The apartment was just as described with two full bathrooms and comfortable sleeping for 3 adult women traveling together. The ground level patio and sliding doors made for a great place to sip coffee and enjoy the beautiful landscaping. The pool and hot tub were just down the hall and only steps away from the building . We walked the short distance to the shopping and restaurant “village “ at the resort enjoying a lobster special at Mulligans one evening. Sadly, there isn’t much open early in the week in the summer, so we drove into town. There is a great deli and a cute country store about 4 miles away. We also visited the Vermont Country Store and took a very short walk on the Appalachian Trail. I didn’t realize how inconsistent the cell service was and failed to take a screenshot of the detailed instructions the host gave for getting checked in. Luckily a young maintenance man helped us out. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Dave's place and would love to come back again. The location was perfect for our 5 day extended tennis "Escape Weekend" offered through the Cliff Drysdale adult program at the Health Center. Full day tennis program and back to the apartment to rest and recover. The shower water was warm and big bathroom and tub to soak after playing tennis all day. The mountain is beautiful and the amenities and details at Dave's place was greatly appreciated. The fireplace was relaxing and comfortable to chill on the couch while we also made our meals. Enjoyed layout and comforts. We also enjoyed a trip to Manchester to a few local restaurants. The Vermont Kitchen Supply store and Italian Market (specialty food store) were fun shopping spots in town. Great place! Thank you for the hospitality.

Retired from a career at Cigna, I have lived in New England most of my life. I love all that the region has to offer including running, hiking, mountain climbing, biking and Skiing. My wife Wanda and I started skiing last year and are having a blast with it! When we visited Stratton Mountain for the first time we immediately fell in love with it and decided to make it our second home. We think you'll love it too!

A dedicated parking space is available in the heating parking garage. Additional parking is available in the Stratton Resort lots. During ski season a shuttle bus runs regularly from the Rising Bear parking garage to the slopes.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

A card key is required to enter the parking garage and condo. Pick up card keys in the lock box to the left of the parking garage door. Box number 9 and the combination is 5053. Reserved parking is available for one car in the parking garage. Additional cars can be parked at the Stratton Resort parking lots. Enter Level 2 of the Rising Bear Lodge parking garage at 43 Middle Ridge Road. After entering the garage, turn left, drive to the end, then turn left and parking space 122 is on the left. The doors to the elevator are on your right as you walk back through the garage. Skis are not allowed in the condo. A reserved locker is available in the locker room across from the elevators. Turn left after entering the locker room and look for locker 122. The combination for the lock is "BALL". Rising Bear 122 is on Level one.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
