Located in the beautiful South Seas gated resort style community, our stunningly designed, luxurious 18th floor, tower 3 condo sits high above the shimmering Gulf waters, overlooking the natural beauty of Tigertail Beach and the large heated pool. We are perfectly situated to enjoy the magnificent sunsets fading into the Gulf from the expansive balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing or invigorating beach adventure, look no further!! Enjoy comfort and style in this lovely two bedroom, two bath condo stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or pool or wherever the sun and salty air take you.

★MARCO HIGHLIGHTS★
Marco Island has many activities for guests to enjoy. In addition to miles of white sandy beaches, there is a movie theatre restaurant, mini golf, bike rentals, parks, fishing, shelling and dolphin charters, boat cruises, a historical museum and a multitude of other waters sports options for guests of all ages. We are close to the Everglades and Naples as well. Our condo is walking distance to several island favorites including Dorenes Cup of Joe!

We are Tricia & Eric, originally from Boston and Maine living in CT for 10 years before moving to Marco in 2018. Our son Tyler is an Army Officer and daughter Madison is in Veterinary school. I love the beach, boating and yoga. Eric loves to golf and fish! We have rented properties since 2010 and take pride in clean, stylish properties, responsiveness and service. We hope you love Marco Island as much as we do!

Getting around

On the beach! Walking distance to popular restaurants and shopping! Parking lot on site as well. Most guests rent a car but the island is easily accessible by foot or if you rent a bike or take an uber.

Policies and Rules

Unfortunately, our condo association does not allow pets.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Government ID required during booking confirmation.

Maximum occupancy: 4

No more than 10 people in the condo at any time.

House Rules

No Smoking Anywhere in the condo or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk.

Quiet Hours between 10 PM and 8 AM

No parties or events.

Key loss fee of $100 for any keys not returned.

Do not have more overnight guests than stated in your reservation and no more than max (10) allowed

No loud music.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum handling fee of $50, plus cost of shipping for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made within 7 days. Outside of 7 days, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.

Turtle season is May 1st through October 31st. All unnecessary lights must be off by 9:00 PM and blinds must be closed. The City of Marco Island charges a $750 per night fee for non-compliance. Any fee incurred will be passed on to guest.

If you damage the condo or any property within or if items go missing, you may be charged up to amount of damage or missing property.

Payment Policy

Payment required at booking. We also accept Venmo, Zelle and Paypal. If preferred, please use pay later and contact us via email for alternate payment methods.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Written (electronic) notice is required if you need to cancel your reservation with more than the required advance notice, which is 60 days prior to the check in date.

If you need to cancel your reservation with more than the required advance notice, we will refund the initial payment minus any credit card fees plus $100 processing fee.

We do not accept cancellation requests with less than the required advance notice. We reserve the right to rent the unit to a different party if the reservation is not paid in full by the payment due date. Cancellations occurring due to lack of total payment will result in forfeiture of the initial payment plus any taxes and fees paid. In no event shall a Guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole, or in part.

Notes

Rental agreement must be executed to confirm booking. This includes the condo association rules and regulations.

A credit card authorization for a damage deposit is required 7 days prior to check in.
