- Marco Island has a noise ordinance of no loud noise or music from 10 PM to 8AM. - No parties or events. - No smoking permitted within the house. - No water balloons in the pool, they clog up and damage the water filters. - No hard balls in the pool, they will blow out the screens. - No parking in street or blocking of sidewalk. - No trailers allowed, city will ticket you. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present at the property during the stay. Wifi and Internet are provided with guest username and password. No tampering or resetting of the internet router and/or wifi is permitted. $200 charge if router needs to be reset due to tampering. Electronic door lock is for adult use only. Please do not allow children to play with or tamper lock. $200 charge if lock needs to be reset. When departing ALL food, opened and unopened, must be discarded and rubbish disposed of. Additional cleaning fees apply if food and rubbish need to be handled. Trash collection is Monday and Thursday. Thursday is recycling day also. * Please place garbage containers on the corner of the driveway the evening before (Sunday, Wednesday) after 6 pm. * Trash containers must be brought inside the before 6 pm on Monday and Thursday.
