Refundable Damage Deposit

$1000 at time of reservation. Full payment is due by September 1st for season rental or no later than three months before check in date if renting in the off season

Cancellation Policy

Full refund will be given for seasonal rental if cancellation is before September 1st. Refunds after September 1st will be given only if the condo can be rerented.
