Our stay at Tricia’s was fantastic, she is a super host! The accommodations felt very high end and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back and I would recommend this place to anyone that asks.
Pure paradise. Tricias place allowed me to walk to my favorite spot for breakfast, and then watch beautiful sunsets across the Gulf in the evenings. It is perfect. You would NEVER think she rents this place as it was spotless, and felt like a true home and not a vacation rental. My family loved it. She was a perfect host. Thanks for making our time down there truly special.
A slice of heaven. Tricias condo was just what we winter weary travelers needed. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and just as described. Tricia was responsive in her communication and helped with any questions we might have had. We are already dreaming of the beautiful sunsets from her balcony!

Marco Island has many activities for guests to enjoy. In addition to miles of white sandy beaches, there is a movie theatre restaurant, mini golf, bike rentals, parks, fishing, shelling and dolphin charters, boat cruises, a historical museum and a multitude of other waters sports options for guests of all ages. We are close to the Everglades and Naples as well. Our condo is walking distance to several island favorites including Dorenes Cup of Joe!

We are Tricia & Eric, originally from Boston and Maine living in CT for 10 years before moving to Marco in 2018. Our son Tyler is an Army Officer and daughter Madison is in Veterinary school. I love the beach, boating and yoga. Eric loves to golf and fish! We have rented properties since 2010 and take pride in clean, stylish properties, responsiveness and service. Marco Island is 6 miles long and 4 mile wide so it is easy to navigate by car, bicycle, boat or simply walking. There is also CAT Transportation bus service that can take you to destinations throughout Collier County.

• Key loss fee of $100 for any keys not returned.
• Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation and no more than max (10) allowed
• No loud music
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
• We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum handling fee of $50, plus cost of shipping for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made within 7 days. Outside of 7 days, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
• Turtle season is May 1st through October 31st. All unnecessary lights must be off by 9:00 PM and blinds must be closed. The City of Marco Island charges a $750 per night fee for non-compliance. Any fee incurred will be passed on to guest.
• If you damage the condo or any property within or if items go missing, you may be charged up to amount of damage or missing property.

Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Written (electronic) notice is required if you need to cancel your reservation with more than the required advance notice, which is 60 days prior to the check in date.
If you need to cancel your reservation with more than the required advance notice, we will refund the initial payment minus a $350 cancellation fee.
We do not accept cancellation requests with less than the required advance notice. We reserve the right to rent the unit to a different party if the reservation is not paid in full by the payment due date.
