The property is located on private road, which is very safe to walk along and enjoy the views. The home is within walking distance of Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach, where turtles can be spotted in the sand.

I am a scientist at the University of Michigan (UM). I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan with my husband, Erdogan, and our children. Erdogan is a Chemical Engineering faculty at UM also. Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check in at 4pm or later. You will contact our home manager for quick orientation, help with your arrival. We have some flexibility for the check-in/ check-out time.

Check Out: 10AM

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 10

House Rules

- Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
- No smoking, No pets, No parties or events
- The name (age) of everyone is required, we will help prepare amenities based on # of guest
- The Quiet hour is 8 pm - 8 am
- No outdoor shoes in the house
- No towels/cloth hanging in the front lanai
- No smoking inside the house. We have a designated place for smoking outdoors.
- No house party,
- No jump/dive in the pool, we have pool light so you can swim with dolphin/turtles mosaic tile
- No eating or storing food in the bedroom. Hawaii's high humidity gives the right conditions for food to smell and attract pests.
- Mid-clean will apply for >10 nights stay
- Please close all the windows/doors when AC is on
- Please turn off ACs when you are not using or leaving the house.
- The Speed limit is 15 mph
- There is a visible security camera under the deck looking at the street
- The driving speed limit is 15 mph on Makanui Road

Payment Policy

The first initial deposit is right at the booking time, the 2nd partial payment is at 150 days before the arrival date and the final payment is 90 days before the arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

$500 cancellation fee and we refund the payment back as soon as the period is rebooked.
