Nani O'Hana is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home located in the quiet neighborhood of Poipu Kai. The house is located in the Lanai Villas subdivision of Poipu Kai community where you can easily walk to beaches, tennis courts, pool, Grand Hyatt, Spa, restaurants and more, via the Greenbelt. With a short drive, you can also access a dozen more restaurants, shopping areas, botanic garden, snorkel, cruise, zip lining, ATV riding, horseback riding, and a lot of other things to enjoy. This spacious home has all the amenities that you would hope for and the private driveway can easy accommodate two cars.



You do have access to the community pool. The community pool is located along the greenbelt, as you head to Poipu Beach, just behind the tennis courts. (About a five-minute walk.)



We allow up to eight guests including infants, babies, toddlers and children .



* The master bedroom: Has a King size bed and attached full master bathroom.

*. Bedroom #2 has another king bed, with attached full bath

*. Bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds, that can be put together to make another king bed if needed

*. Bedroom #4 offers 2, full sized bunk beds that is ideal for the two adults or children

to enjoy.



The living room has a 65 inch smart TV where you can access Amazon and Netflix movies. We also have a beautiful dining area that can accommodate ten people for an evening meal. Each bedroom and living area provides climate control with individual A/C units for personalized comfort.



On the lanai, we have a gas grill for your barbeque needs and our kitchen is a full sized kitchen, with full size appliances. It is also completely stocked with lots of small appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and more for your cooking needs.



We supply towels, linens, board games, beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The beach gear is located in the garage for you to enjoy on your Kauai vacation! We always recommend purchasing "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook". It is full of great island information.



The neighborhood is very quiet and truly a lovely location to get to just about everything.

Loved our stay at this vacation rental. The kitchen was very well organized and well equipped to cook meals. The location was excellent to visit either Shipwreck or Poipu Beach, both were just a short walk away.

A wonderful vacation home
My family stayed here for 10 days and the house was perfect for us. The living/dining area was very large as well as a big master suite. A second refrigerator in the garage was a bonus.. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The wagon was helpful to carry everything to the beach. We didn't use a cooler or snorkle gear but that was also available.

Great house and experience
Exactly as advertised. Family room and kitchen area is huge and fabulous to hang out in together, cook and bbq. Being on the "greenbelt" is a huge plus in our opinion. Master bedroom is also huge with a wonderful bathroom and shower area. The kitchen is the best equipped we have experienced along with spices and other surprises. Nice place that’s close to the beach
We had a nice time here. There’s a large master suite at one end of the house. Big, open living room and kitchen, and three smaller bedrooms at the other side of the house. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was about a 5 minute walk to the ocean. We definitely enjoyed the house. 🤙

They have an open round robin a couple days a week and the courts are also available on most days. The tennis courts are right next to the Poipu Kai pool that also has a very nice hot tub. Paradise house!
This spacious, lovely home was great for our family vacation. The kids (2&7) loved playing on the greenspace out back, and the 30-somethings and 60-somethings loved the short walk to beaches, restaurants, and pool. This was the best equipped VRBO we’ve ever encountered: coffee grinder & filters, booster seat for the keiki, boogie boards, soccer ball, full spice rack - you sure made our stay easy!

Nice time in Poipu
We've been visiting Poipu for over 50 years so this was a major trip for our family including grown children and twin grand babies. How Poipu has grown! This community did not exist when we first came to Kauai. Kauai is still so lovely and this house was very convenient to the beaches we love and have spent many years enjoying.. The house was perfectly clean and as advertised. We had a group of 6 adults, two infants and we were very comfortable in this lovely home. The property manager and owner were really helpful with any questions or problems . Great home to enjoy all that Poipu has to offer.

Wonderful place, wonderful location
Very nice property. Clean, great kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. I was able to walk to the Grand Hyatt (<5 min) for a conference along the green belt. The property was situated about half way between shipwreck beach and brennecke’s/poipu beach which were each about a 7 min walk. Well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and even snorkeling gear. The pool was at the other end of the property/community and even though we passed two other pools on the walk, it was definitely the nicest pool on the property and worth the walk. Would stay again!

Nice time in Poipu

We've been visiting Poipu for over 50 years so this was a major trip for our family including grown children and twin grand babies. How Poipu has grown! This community did not exist when we first came to Kauai. Kauai is still so lovely and this house was very convenient to the beaches we love and have spent many years enjoying.. The house was perfectly clean and as advertised. We had a group of 6 adults, two infants and we were very comfortable in this lovely home. The property manager and owner were really helpful with any questions or problems . Great home to enjoy all that Poipu has to offer.

Wonderful place, wonderful location

Very nice property. Clean, great kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. I was able to walk to the Grand Hyatt (<5 min) for a conference along the green belt. The property was situated about half way between shipwreck beach and brennecke’s/poipu beach which were each about a 7 min walk. Well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards and even snorkeling gear. The pool was at the other end of the property/community and even though we passed two other pools on the walk, it was definitely the nicest pool on the property and worth the walk. Would stay again!

I appreciate you mentioning the proximity to the Hyatt and the beach areas, as many guests are looking for a home that is close to the Hyatt when they have a conference to attend. Of course the Hyatt is also open to the public and has some very nice restaurants and an incredible Spa too! Please come back again in the future!

Family Vacation with an infant

We we so happy with our home away from home! Our days were filled with fun and we came home to a cool and comfy place to relax and regroup! Beds were awesome, kitchen perfect for family breakfast and location could not be beat! Very recommended.

If you ever want to bring a larger group, we have a neighbor with another home that we can combine with and this then provides up to 16 people between the 2 homes. Both in the same area and close to the Grand Hyatt!
