DO NOT WEAR SHOES INSIDE HOUSE - you can bring house slippers if you wish 2. Take pics of any damages within 1 hour of check in and text to me AND prior to using the house: it's to verify that everything is up to your standards and for both of our protection 3. Absolutely no smoking on the premises* 4. Pick up after yourself: vacuum cleaner and broom are provided for your use 5. No drugs, parties, loud music, or visitors 6. We have neighbors below and next door, so be mindful of noise & music 7. Quiet hours are 8pm - 10am 8. Absolutely NO FLUSHABLE WIPES to be flushed down the toilet; these will clog the pipes and you will be responsible for this very expensive fix & any lost bookings as a result of the repair! 9. No pets unless approved prior to booking; $500 fine if pets are found without prior approval and potential loss of your stay without any refunds 10. No safety gates for children, you must bring your own 11. No visitors. $200/night fine per unregistered guest + nightly rate 12. Photo ID with current legal address required for guest booking the stay at the property * if you are found smoking inside the premises, there will be a $1,500 fee assessed and you will be asked to leave immediately. Any additional damage will be assessed to your account. This is a family home, so we ask that you respect that for future guests that do not smoke. ** Pets allowed are on a case by case basis. There is an additional cleaning fee of $200/pet per stay, max of 2 pets. Bookings beyond 7 days incur daily pet fee of $10 per day per pet. Pets with separation anxiety or barks constantly are not permitted to stay at the home. Please be mindful of our neighbors. Must provide photo of pet and vaccination records prior to arrival. Any service or assistance animals require a pet ID, vaccination records, doctor's note on treatment and purpose of animal. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ON FURNITURE OR BEDDING. If hair is found on any furniture or bedding, you will fined $300 or cost to replace any damaged linens or furniture, whichever value is greater. - Please pick up after your pets waste. $500 fine if any are found on the property. SECURITY DEPOSIT: We are committed to protecting our properties and providing you accidental coverage protection. This is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest (SuperHog), the leading vacation rental guest ?screening provider. ***Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. *** You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of $69. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. NOTE: Short term cleaning fee does not cover taking out your trash or picking up after your mess; please try to leave the apartment in similar condition that you had checked in. Please be respectful and considerate of this house. The nominal cleaning fee charged to you doesn't cover messes. There are vacuum, paper and rag towels under the sink with cleaning products for you to pick up after yourselves.
