Modern 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment in NW Austin. Short distance to amenities. Downtown Austin only 17 minutes. First floor! We provide almost everything for an easy stay. Major tech companies (Tech corridor) only 5 minutes drive. Other major tech companies on Parmer West and East only 10-15 minutes drive. Light rail only 15 minutes away with free parking. Close to local parks for hiking, biking and running. Covered patio to relax. Plenty of parking on premises. Self check-in.
This is a 1st floor apartment close to parking lot and pool area. Very cozy almost 900sf open floorplan apartment with modern upgrades. Fully furnished. Very comfortable hotel grade mattresses and fresh linens. Youll never want to leave.

Its lockbox entry so check in anytime. High speed wireless or ethernet access. Cable, Netflix, Prime Video, Sling TV provided. Board games, books, puzzles and playig cards also available. You can cool off in the pool close to the apartment.

Highly recommend Tanglewood Park, which is only 7 minutes drive away. Sand volleyball and basketball courts there too. Springwoods Park is about 7 minutes away. Great for kids and family to hang out.

If youre a book worm, the library is short drive away. If you want to shop for food, there is an HEB & Indian store close by. While in Austin, you must try breakfast tacos. All are close by. Eat in or out, get a massage, order pizza, go for Chinese, Mexican, Korean, fast food, etc. they are all within 5 minutes driving distance!

This place is great for relaxing or working. All we ask is you treat it like your home and be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours (8pm - 10am).

We have neighbors above and beside, so be mindful of noise & music 7. Quiet hours are 8pm - 10am 8. Absolutely NO FLUSHABLE WIPES to be flushed down the toilet; these will clog the pipes and you will be responsible for this very expensive fix & any lost bookings as a result of the repair! 9. No pets 10. Photo ID's with current legal address required for all guests staying at the property 11. $150/mth utility cap. You are responsible for anything above this amount. Applies to only City of Austin (CoA) bill (sewer, water and electric) & internet bill * if you are found smoking inside the premises, there will be a $1,000 fee assessed and you will be asked to leave immediately. Any additional damage will be assessed to your account. This is a family home, so we ask that you respect that for future guests that and do not smoke. NOTE: Cleaning fee does not cover taking out your trash or picking up after yourselves; if the house is not found in the similar condition that you had checked in, then you may be responsible for additional cleaning fees charged by our cleaner.
