Payment Policy
All payment must be received in full prior to check in. Guests must be approved and pay security deposit fee through Know Your Guest.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Refundable security deposit of $2,200. Must be paid at least 7 days prior to check in. Will be refunded within 10-25 days of check out after house is assessed for damages.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
Notes
Home has exterior and interior security cameras. Front Ring camera has audio and video. There is a camera in the basement storage closet, which is off limits to guests. It is located under the stairs in the unfinished side of the basement. There are two interior cameras on the main floor. They are both located in the front living room and rear great room. They are turned off during your stay. They are used to monitor our contractors and our babies when we visit. At no time should interior cameras be on during your stay. We respect your privacy.

Please do not disable the exterior security cameras at anytime. If they are found disabled, you will be paying for my handyman's trip fee of $225 to reconnect them. We rely on them to monitor our properties since we do not live in the area. If you have any questions, please contact us. We want you to be 100% comfortable during your stay.

We require ID of the primary person booking the property to verify identity. Please send that to us after booking.

Ice maker on the fridge does not work. Ice cube trays are provided.
