Come relax in our very well appointed home. No stairs, all one floor. Two king bedrooms. Minutes to everything, peaceful and centrally-located.

Stays over 28 days require a signed lease agreement and copy of state issued ID.

This property requires a $59 non-refundable damage protection coverage that you will see listed as a administrative fee on your quote. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash deposit and covers you up to $1,500 in damages. We will happily substitute this charge for a fully refundable $500 security deposit upon request. Guest will be given a unique door code approximately 3 days before check in.

Maximum occupancy: 5

House Rules

Minimum booking age of 25. No more than 5 guests or visitors allowed on the property at any time. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservation without refund if any rules are broken. Sometimes we may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out. If we can offer either, we charge an additional $75 for each.

Pets require additional $50 cleaning charge and refundable $150 deposit. The deposit will be charged after booking.

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay cleans + bi-weekly cleans. These will be charged and scheduled at your convenience after booking at $160 each.Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel greater than 14 days before check-in.
You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel greater than 7 days before check-in.
Any cancellation 7 days or less before check-in will only receive the security deposit and cleaning fee.
Moving a booking less than 14 days before check-in is not allowed. Guest must cancel and re-book.
