Ocean front 3 bedroom 3 full bath in the Villa Capriani Resort. One story condo with an elevator, situated on the top floor with views of both the beach and pools.
Open floor plan makes for great entertaining. Open kitchen design right into the living room. Large private balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor seating.
Two master suites, both with private baths and king size beds. Third bedroom for the kids with two bunks (4 beds). TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Spectrum cable and free Wifi. DVD player in the living room.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook onsite, or visit the onsite restaurant and bar for amazing views of the many pools and ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. All linens provided and included in cleaning fee. Due to enhanced cleaning policies, linens are folded and placed on beds. We also provide beach towels but those must be laundered by guest if used. Doorbell camera for security.

House Rules
1. PETS. Pets are strictly prohibited on the Premises.
2. ENTRY. The Landlord shall have the right at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof to enter the Premises for the purpose of any repair, modification, alteration, installation, or other reasonable action, so long they provide at least six (6) hours’ notice to the Guest.
3. MAINTENANCE. The Guest shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest agrees that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings or if the property requires excessive cleaning. Please do not rearrange furniture, décor or other items to include items in cabinets, drawers, closets, etc.
4. OCCUPANCY LIMIT. The rental rate is based upon a maximum occupancy of eight (8), to include visitors. Being over the occupancy limit at any time is a serious violation and breach of Agreement, and the Landlord reserves the right to deny access or to have the premises vacated with no refund of monies.
5. LIABILITY. The Landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to the personal property of the Guest or their guests, unless the loss is a direct result of the Landlord’s action. The Guest is liable for the acts of anyone listed in this Agreement in addition to any guest that they should allow on the Premises. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired.
6. POOL BANDS. There are 8 pool bands and 2 parking passes in the kitchen. The replacement cost for the items are as follows: $75 for each RFID band, $50 for each regular band and $40 per parking pass. Please make sure all are returned and notify us immediately if lost as this will affect future guests.
7. SMOKING. Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds.
8. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. If there are spills/breaks/issues that cannot be fixed by the Tenant, the Tenant will notify the Landlord immediately to prevent further damage and ensure the premises will be ready for the next Tenant.
