Smack dab in the center of all Cinci and NKY have to offer is this charming, fully updated ranch home. It has been completely renovated for guests and it shows. Everywhere you look, is incredible updates, clean, chic, modern finishes and unique touches. Your family will feel right at home here–we are superhosts who have been doing this for years, and cater especially to families coming to our area.

The space
No step living!* We specifically purchased and designed this home because we have had so many guests message us who were concerned about mobility issues of those in their group. With 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living and dining room on the first floor, and additional living and sleeping space with a second bathroom in the walkout basement, it is possible for up to 6 people feel comfortable on the first floor without needing to go up and down steps, but additional room in the basement for those that have no issues navigating steps.
No matter what your ability level, you will love the “new” feel of this simple but elegant ranch home. Some unique features of the home are the “popped up” vault ceiling in the living and dining area, an unheard of feature for homes of this era. Along with this, newer finishes such as marble countertops, tile showers/bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and designer fixtures give this home a luxurious feeling.
The one car garage has been converted into a game space for the young or just the young at heart, complete with foosball table and ping-pong.
Out back, you will find a modest sized yard with an empty lot to one side, giving you a bit more room than most lots in our neighborhood. The home sits on a cul-de-sac, so there isn’t much traffic coming by and giving you a

Erlanger is a bedroom town for Cincinnati, and it is certainly not the hustle and bustle of downtown, but the lots here are modest and the homes aren’t large and the area is somewhat of a working-class suburbia. People here have a certain pride about the area, as they have a small independent school district, and those working class roots run deep, as some families have lived in the area since the 50’s when this area was largely built up. But it is a SUPER convenient location for getting around this area, as the home sits close to the intersection of several interstates that serve as main thoroughfares through Kentucky and Ohio. Pretty much anything you need is within a few miles, including grocery stores, fast food restaurants, fine dining, liquor stores, clothing stores/malls, Lowes/Home Depot, you name it!

Our home is easily accessed from exit 184. It is only 2 blocks off Commonwealth Avenue. Erlanger is a bedroom town for Cincinnati, and it is certainly not the hustle and bustle of downtown, but the lots here are modest and the homes aren’t large and the area is somewhat of a working-class suburbia. People here have a certain pride about the area, as they have a small independent school district, and those working class roots run deep, as some families have lived in the area since the 50’s when this area was largely built up. But it is a SUPER convenient location for getting around this area, as the home sits close to the intersection of several interstates that serve as main thoroughfares through Kentucky and Ohio. Pretty much anything you need is within a few miles, including grocery stores, fast food restaurants, fine dining, liquor stores, clothing stores/malls, Lowes/Home Depot, you name it!
Please be aware this is a residential neighborhood and we do not want to disturb that. Be respectful of neighbors’ privacy and be aware of your group’s noise level and keep it to a minimum. There should be no elevated noise levels after 10pm or before 8 am. Thank you for your consideration!

There is enough room to park at least 4 cars in our driveway, PARKING ON THE STREET IS NOT PERMITTED FOR GUESTS and will result in fines for us (which we will pass on to you). You will see neighbors cars on the street, but local ordinances do not allow guests to park on the street.
Getting around from here is primarily going to be by car, although Uber and Lyft are readily available to take you to the airport, downtown Cinci, or where ever youd like.

Refundable Damage Deposit
$400 deposit collected through Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, in cash in person or some other direct payment source. Square is now charging 5% for refunding deposits, therefore we cannot charge your credit card for damage deposits through Square
