Ark Encounter Oasis: KING SUITE, 5 miles to ARK - Dry Ridge

As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories with our cozy home. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation! • No pets or service animals allowed due to our family's health concerns (documented asthma and severe pet dander allergy) • You must clean your own dishes, otherwise a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. This fee does not apply to dishes left in the dishwasher upon checkout. There is detergent for you to use in the dishwasher and Dawn for hand-washing as well. • Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A $50 charge (per guest per night) will be added for every extra guest not mentioned at time of booking. More than 8 guests will incur fee of $10 per guest, per night. • Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the home. • Please turn off the AC when you’re away. • No parties or events. • Check-in is at 4PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 10AM. You will be charged an additional $25 for every 15 minutes late for check out unless pre-approved by the host. • If you throw a party, an extra cleaning fee charge of $500 will be added to your booking and you may be asked to leave the property early. • Please do not eat in the bedrooms. • Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. (Website hidden by Airbnb) There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING. There is to be NO tobacco or marijuana use in the home or on the decks/lawn of this property as well as no pets allowed. We have a young child with severe asthma and is also allergic to pet dander, and we ask that you respect her health by following this rule. • There are security cameras present on the exterior of the home for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them (Website hidden by Airbnb) If the cleaners have to clean up your vomit or other bodily fluids on anything (linens, the floor, etc.) they consider this biohazard cleanup and charge an additional fee for using extra cleaning methods. (Website hidden by Airbnb) If the tv or furniture gets broken, mattresses/linens get ruined, you decide to take the towels with you, etc. please know that we will charge you the exact price to replace each item. •. For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. We ask that you please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Please put all used towels/wash cloths in the washing machine with a scoop of detergent and start the washing machine before you leave. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin. Due to local sanitation rules, do not dispose of diapers into the outside trash unless they have been placed in a bag first. Do not strip the beds or worry about remaking them. Our cleaners will take care of all of that. If you used a couch bed, leave the bed out. Lock all windows and doors and return the key to the lockbox when your stay is finished.
