Bluegrass Beauty--Near Creation Museum, Airport - Burlington

Welcome to the Bluegrass Beauty! We want your stay to be as comfortable and memorable as possible. With that in mind, we have rules that mainly have to do with our local ordinances and Airbnb Terms of Service, as well as some things that we ask you to do to lessen the burden on ourselves and our cleaners. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation! We are a pet/smoke/vape free property (both inside and out) and appreciate our guests helping us keep it this way.
• No pets allowed, no exceptions
• Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. Guests are defined as anyone staying overnight. A $50 charge (per guest per night) will be added for every extra guest not mentioned at time of booking. Any additional daytime visitors must be approved by host.
• Please turn down the AC/heat when you’re away.
• No parties or events.
• Do not flush anything down the toilet that isn't toilet paper. This includes feminine products, diapers, "flushable" wipes, towels, articles of clothing, and children. You will be responsible for paying for plumbing damage if you do it abide by this rule.
• Check-in is at 4PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 10AM. You will be charged an additional $25 for every 15 minutes late for check out unless pre-approved by the host.
• If you break the rules and throw a party an extra cleaning fee charge of $500 will be added to your booking and you will be removed from the property.
• Please do not eat in the bedrooms.
• Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10PM. Please be respectful of neighbors, and only park in the driveway.
• There is ample parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Guests cannot park on the street. This is a local ordinance and even though you see residents parking on the street, you cannot. This will result in fines for us which we will pass on to you.
• There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING anywhere on our property (including outside). There is to be NO tobacco, vape products, marijuana, or illegal drug use in the home or on the decks/lawn, on the porches/driveway and garage of this property. We are serious about no pets/smoking/vaping. We have a young child with severe asthma who is negatively impacted by tobacco and airborne chemicals and is also allergic to pet dander, and we ask that you respect her health by following this rule. There will be a $250 fee for vaping/smoking anywhere on our property (including outside) and $500/nt fee for bringing a pet.
• There are security cameras present on the exterior and in the garage for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them or disconnect the internet router or modem.
• The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
• If appliances or furniture gets broken, mattresses/linens get ruined, you decide to take the towels with you, etc. please understand that you will be charged to replace each item.
• For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. We ask that you please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. You must clean your own dishes, otherwise a $25 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. This fee does not apply to dishes left in the dishwasher upon checkout. There is detergent for you to use in the dishwasher and Dawn for hand-washing dishes as well. Please put all used towels/wash cloths in the washing machine with a scoop of detergent and start the washing machine before you leave. If a child wets the bed, please throw the sheets in the wash but also let us know ASAP so our cleaners can be prepared to wash them again and spot treat. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin. Due to local sanitation rules, do not dispose of diapers into the outside trash unless they have been placed in a bag first. Do not strip the beds (unless a child has had an accident) or worry about remaking them. Our cleaners will take care of all of that. If you used a couch bed, leave the bed out. Lock all windows and doors.
• If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP so we can lead you through the steps on how to work it (like the TV) or we can replace whatever is damaged.
• No smoking, No pets, No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM and check out is 10 AM.
• The upper bunks of bunk beds are for children only. No one over 12 (or above 120 lbs) should be on them.

We want your stay to be comfortable and ask that if you have issues, you let us try to rectify them. If you find issues or faults with the listing that you believe are consequential to your stay that provide a "less than desirable" situation for you and your party, it is incumbent to make these issues or faults known to the host. You agree to make these known to the host and that you will give the host a chance to rectify the situation. If you do not make these issues known to the host during your stay, or do not allow the host or designee to enter the home to rectify the situation during your stay, you forfeit all claims to a discount, refund, or cancellation of the reservation and agree not to seek them with the host or through Airbnb/VRBO customer support. When booking this listing, you agree that you have read through the entire listing, these House Rules, and agree to follow the rules and that the amenities and expectations put forth in the listing are acceptable. Problems occurring from the guest not reading the listing are not our responsibility to rectify.

It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. We are not a hotel with hundreds of rooms and when you book our place, it is reserved to you and you only. We will abide by our refund/cancellation policy in every circumstance.
