Cozy, sustainable house, perfect WFH place! - Tucson

Our cozy little home is sustainably powered by solar and is completely set up for short and long term stays. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is within 10 minutes of the university, University Medical Center, Tucson Medical Center, downtown, and several dozen restaurants.

We have set up our home with work-from-home couples and business travelers in mind. The internet is extremely fast, capable of supporting 10+ Zoom streams, as well as streaming video, etc. simultaneously. We have a $400, fully adjustable office chair, extra monitor (usb-c/thunderbolt ending) and two desks ready for you to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped, enough to make a complete Thanksgiving meal. It has high-end appliances and comes with a blender, waffle maker, toaster, instant pot, and all the knives, spatulas, bottle openers, silverware, and other utensils you will need.

We have a pack and play crib, high chair, and jogging stroller available upon request.

A very fast Juicebox 48 Level 2 EV charger is onsite.

Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, Disney+, ESPN+, Kanopy, and Paramount+ are provided on both the living room and bedroom televisions.

If you love coffee, heres your chance to try out a french press, pourover, cold brew, Turkish coffee, and moka pot. The house also has Amazon Echo devices so you can try out voice controlled digital assistants.

There is a rollaway bed, but like many rollaways, it has some thin padding. If you need to use it, let us know and we can provide a topper.

The entire property is powered by solar (but, of course, it does have electricity 24 hours a day.) We also have dual flush toilets, line dry our laundry when we can, and have a (very fast) level 2 EV charger onsite.

Room darkening shades are in place in the first bedroom. This room can be made very dark as we also have a cardboard cutout available to block even more light.

The house is attached to a studio that can also be rented on Airbnb, and there is a casita on the same grounds as well. Please do a search here for Ultra convenient studio with private entrance and Quiet, cozy, and private midtown casita. While they are on the same lot, you will most likely never see or hear the guests in those buildings unless you want to. In over 2 years months of hosting, we havent received a single complaint or even comment about this.

Please note: due to allergies, pets are explicitly prohibited. We have cameras on the outside of the house, and so pets cannot be snuck in. Those who bring animals will be immediately evicted, and a $300 fee will be charged.

We clean our own house whenever we can. But when we cant, every dollar of our cleaning fee goes to the cleaning staff.
