Vacation retreat with private heated pool in the heart of Bonita Springs! This home is the perfect place to escape the cold winter.

Newly remodeled and less than 2 miles from the beach. Relax in the private pool (which can be heated for $25 per day), go for a walk around this beautiful gated community with private lake, or read a book on the secluded back lanai with an outdoor kitchen and bar. This home is perfect for those looking for a large 3 bedroom retreat!

The home features 3 bedrooms and along with a Murphy Bed, and 2.5 bathrooms. Master Suite has king sized bed and private bath with waterfall shower. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed for your comfort. There is also a bunk room with 2 Double beds and 2 twin beds. Great for a visit from the grandkids!

Two car garage is used for storage and not available for guest vehicles.

The owners closet in the master bedroom is not accessible to guests, but a separate wardrobe is provided for hanging clothes.

Located in the private, gated community of Vanderbilt Lakes.

Vanderbilt Lakes is conveniently located between Coconut Point and the Mercato Shopping District. SW Florida International airport is 30 minutes away. You can easily get to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach from this home.

Minimum rental age is 25. Family group rentals only. No high school or college groups are permitted, regardless of age. No third party bookings. The individual making the booking must stay on the property, no exceptions. Private pool can be heated for $25 per day. Rental agreement may be required to be signed prior to check-in. ID may be required for age verification.Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
