We have built this home in 2016.  Modern and contemporary furnished, it is located at a cul-de-sac street, no trespassing traffic, very quiet. The heatable salt water pool -with electrical heater and solar cover-has south west exposure and the house is built with the new hurricane protection building code. We do lots of maintenance  to keep everything nice and in good shape.

Highly recommendable, we will come back soon!
A cut above most vacation homes, this place is new, comfortable and excellent for entertaining. Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Coconut Point, Barefoot Beach and even Naples to the south. Good outside area, well equipped kitchen, lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. We recently spent one week at Bonita Beach Villa and fell in love with this home. Located on a quiet cul de sac, it's private backyard pool was heavenly. Good location to access the nearby beaches and for shopping. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area. The house itself was just as described, in a peaceful street close to downtown Bonita Springs, incredible ececream shop Heaven Shakes, Engels bike rental, farners markets, grocery stores, golf courses, malls and of course, our beloved Barefoot Beach. It was also perfect for day trips to the Everglades or nearby Naples. The home was very clean and the owners were a big help. Good location to access the nearby beaches and for shopping. We can not wait to return to this relaxing home-away-from-home in the future.

A wonderful home. Great location. Perfect stay!
A wonderful home. Great location. Nice floor plan and spacious. We had all we needed. Very comfortable beds, nice furniture, relaxing ambiance. This place is in a perfect location near Bonita Beach, with magnificent sunsets and multiple dolphin sightings, there was plenty to enjoy. The owner was very accommodating with our requests and we had no issues at all. We would stay here again if available in the future!

We stayed at this lovely house for family vacation - and we loved it. From the moment we entered the house we felt so very welcomed. Sigrun did a fabolous job with decorating and taking care of the house. Everything is cosy and nice. Great kitchen with all cookingstuff you need to cook a meal - beside that there is a huge gas grill outside. The livingroom is very nice and comfortable. The beds are awesome. The pictures do not do this home justice! You have to see it by yourself. And the patio a great place to sit and watch sunsets. We could have stayed forever it felt like home! Having beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided helps make packing for travel much easier, too. We already have booked our next stay here. So if this house is available - just book it with any doubt - you belong to the lucky ones.

Wonderful property, well located just a few minutes to the beautiful beaches. The surroundings are extremely quiet. This house was spacious and well equipped, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and beach equipment. We just loved the saltwater pool! This home had the perfect layout for two couples trying to enjoy the peace of a beach vacation. Well equipped kitchen---and everything in working order, spotless, and great quality. We have stayed at many properties in the area and this is our favorite now. We will come back next year, already booked…Thank your and auf Wiedersehen....

Highly recommended! We had a really great time!!!
We enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach Villa, the house was very clean, nice and modern furniture, very comfortable beds and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, we enjoyed many happy hours in the private pool and outside area and also several beaches being just some minutes - beach equipment was available, just picked up a couple of beach chairs, umbrella snd cooler from the garage. This villa is located in a quiete neighborhood, downtown Bonita at walking distance. We had a great holiday and weare glad to return next year!

5 STAR VACATION! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! WE LOVED IT!
This is a fabulous house. Modern and very comfortable. Extremely well equipped. High quality furniture and appliances. Everything is selected with care and taste. We were so happy in this house. It is clean, well-kept, up-to-date, wonderfully located and it was so easy to work with landlords. They took care that we had a precious time, all worked well. The house is well-supplied in the kitchen, there is also beach furniture as chairs, umbrella, cooler, pool toys and on. Plus, it has a nice garage that you can actually use. Short way to several beaches. We will return next year, it's already booked to safe the date.

That's Florida Paradise - Highly recommended!!!
This is beautifully new home with lots of space and extras included. The screened in pool and patio were situated perfectly for sun and shade with great access into the home. The neighborhood was quiet and nicely off the main routes where we had access to everything we could need including shopping, groceries, restaurants, movies, golf courses, boat rentals and the beautiful beaches only 10 min away. The owners were wonderful people, they made sure we had everything we needed. After trying a few over the years this home is definitely our preferred Florida vacation spot. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended!!!! Can't wait to come back!

A cut above most vacation homes, this place is new, comfortable and excellent for entertaining. Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Coconut Point, Barefoot Beach and even Naples to the south. We enjoyed a long warm week here, such a pleasant escape from the colds and would most definitely return and recommend. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach Villa. We couldn't have asked for a better home!
We couldn't have asked for a better home, or owners. The house was fully stocked with all of the essentials and more! The pictures do not do this villa justice…it’s much better. Perfect for a single family or even two couples with kids. The house was clean and ready for us to move in and feel like at home. Clean appliances and bathrooms in order to feel comfortable. The owner was very helpful. This will be our annual rental from here on... Awesome saltwater pool and huge BBQ grill, plenty of space for everyone, luxury bathrooms, lanai area for relaxing outside of the pool, comfortable master suite for the adults, and about 10 minutes from everything you could want, or hope to do on a beach or golf or shopping vacation! Thank you for this amazing time!
