Security camera with continuous video and audio recording at the front entrance and over the driveway for your safety. Camera is monitored to ensure compliance with house rules.

There are city required noise monitoring devices in the common areas of the home. The devices record average decibel levels over time only and do NOT record any conversations. They are used to monitor noise levels as well as defend us against unfounded noise complaints. Do NOT turn off, remove, or tamper with this equipment.

Pool is 10’ deep at the deep end, absolutely NO DIVING
POOL:
There is an extra charge of $75/day for every day of your stay to heat the jacuzzi. There is a fee of $150/day for every day of your stay to heat both the pool and jacuzzi. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance before your arrival if you wish to take advantage of this.

You are not allowed to receive mail at our property unless you have requested and have received written permission to do so from us. The purpose of this rule is to prevent fraud.
