Welcome to Off The Strip Getaway! Our 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom high end home that can fit your whole family or crew. Our house is exceptionally clean, and is only 12 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, and Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran). The private pool is heated in the winter (at no additional cost to you), and the private hot tub is available any time - both are in the back yard. We have an EV charging station for your electric vehicle (at no additional cost), and our game room has foosball & air hockey. We have a total of 7 Smart TV's in the house pre-loaded with your favorite streaming services. 2 of the TV's are 75 inches, so you can watch your favorite game, or binge watch your favorite series on Netflix. The house is stocked with absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable stay - from dishes to utensils to a professional built in BBQ in the back yard, luxury patio furniture, and a private, tranquil backyard to unwind in. The seating on the front patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Our dining table seats 10 people, so family dinners will be memorable.

This house was perfect for my family reunion. Lots of space for six adults and four littles. Having all of my children and grandchildren under one roof was so much better than any hotel. Brandon and Tracy's house felt luxuriously warm and comfortable. We all loved it and would highly recommend for large families. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was a great place to stay. My family was enjoying the stay for the weekend. From the bedrooms to the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the outdoor bbq grill, and to the swimming pool, everything was clean. Beautiful decorations and kitchen utensils was well prepared. They even have batteries of all sizes just in case anyone’s need to replace remote control. The only thing I feel inconvenient was it’s quite a drive off the strip. Overall, excellent and welcoming place for family and friends.

We loved our stay in this spotless and sparkling clean home! The pool and hot tub were lovely, as well as the outdoor living space. Great house, very well appointed.
Our group of 4 was visiting the area for golf. This house is well layed out and perfect for our group. I have booked many houses over the past several years and this was our best rental experience ever. The house is new and clean and everything works. It is set up with everything you need in the kitchen plus some snacks to start you off. The pool and spa area is not large but set up nicely with easy to use controls. 4 of the bedrooms have king or queen beds and they were all comfortable. New TV’s everywhere with all the streaming apps set up for you. We loved it and will stay again when we are back.

Amazing family retreat!
This is, hands down, the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The hosts clearly take the time to go the extra mile to make this house feel like a home away from home. No pets, No additional guests other than those on the reservation, no smoking, no parties or events, please read all house rules in the binder by the sliding door, and observe all pool rules including quiet time. Please don't adjust the pool temperature. The pool is heated to 85 degrees in the cooler months, and controlled remotely.

Payment Policy
50% of the total cost due at booking, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 60 days from the stay.
Refundable Damage Deposit
We collect a $300 security deposit 2 days before check-in, and we refund the deposit within 48 hours of checkout.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 60+ days prior to arrival, the remaining 50% is not due, but the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Once the remaining 50% is paid at 60 days out, that becomes non-refundable also.

The hosts thought of everything from cozy blankets, extra charging cords, to baby stroller to extra razors and toothbrushes. Lots of pool towels and lots of bathroom towels. 100/100 would recommend! Great experience.

Family Fun

Great house, very well appointed.

Our group of 4 was visiting the area for golf. This house is well layed out and perfect for our group. I have booked many houses over the past several years and this was our best rental experience ever. The house is new and clean and everything works. It is set up with everything you need in the kitchen plus some snacks to start you off. The pool and spa area is not large but set up nicely with easy to use controls. 4 of the bedrooms have king or queen beds and they were all comfortable. New TV’s everywhere with all the streaming apps set up for you. We loved it and will stay again when we are back.

Amazing family retreat!

This is, hands down, the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The hosts clearly take the time to go the extra mile to make this house feel like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, comfortable bed, plenty of space, fun games. We will absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area!
