Welcome to Asheville! We are conveniently located in East Asheville, close to everything you would want to do - restaurants, parkway for biking, hiking, minutes to Biltmore House, Grove Park, downtown. The apartment has beautiful views, hot tub, and firepit. This over garage apartment is new construction, laid out spaciously and is absolutely beautiful. We hope you will enjoy your time out and about. Then come back for a relaxing evening by the fire, in the hot tub, under the stars!
The Space
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
We offer a beautiful upstairs apartment with private deck, hot tub, fire pit, views with a separate entrance (sleeps 2-3). In the mornings, enjoy hot coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains. In the evening, grill juicy steaks, relax by the firepit with your dogs on the gated porch or take a long soak in the hot tub after hiking, biking or kayaking. A few hours of frisbee with the dogs in the field will keep them happy! You are in control of the heat/air thermostat. Set it to the temperature you like.
THE BEDROOM (sleeps 2):
There is a beautiful bedroom with comfortable queen mattress great for a restful sleep after a long day of hiking. The room has lockable french doors with curtains and freshly cleaned egyptian cotton sheets, extra pillow and duvet covers (always washed) for a great night sleep. And if you need more room, the lounger converts to a twin bed. Lamps have usb charges. There is a sound machine for those who like a little white noise.
THE BATHROOM:
The bathroom (tub/shower combo) that features plenty of fresh clean towels, hand towels, wash clothes, always washed shower liners, makeup removal wipes, hair dryers, flat irons, Kleenex, first aid kit, toilet paper for the duration of your stay as well as complimentary toiletries including shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, air freshener and body wash. If you run out, just text and we will be happy to refill.
You’ll find a set of washer and dryers if you need them. We provide laundry detergent.

The electric fireplace provides a relaxing ambience while watching your favorite movie. If you like to enjoy a book there are an assortment of books related to Asheville. There is a large coffee table for board games.
INTERNET
Working in IT myself, WI-FI is important to me so yes you will be able to work remotely with no issues. 317 Mbsp and a small desk to get a little work done.
ENJOYING OUTDOORS:
Enjoy 360 degree views. Asheville celebrates all four seasons but the temperatures are unpredictable. It can snow today and you will be sunbathing tomorrow. You might enjoy snow in the winter, flowers in the spring/summer, and amazing colors in the fall. Watch for wildlife like turkeys, foxes, ground hogs, horses, bears, deer and definitely lots of birds and squirrels.
Asheville has around 40 breweries such as French Broad, Wicked Weed, New Belgium, Highland, Hillman, Burial, and Asheville Brewing Company. Get outside for some great hiking, biking, kayaking. Check out the Biltmore House, Grove Park, River Arts District, NC Arboretum. The home is 10-15 min to almost everything in Asheville.
If you love wine, take the short trip to Hendersonville for some of the best award winning wines like Point Lookout, Stone Ashe, St Paul and more. Almost everywhere lets you sample before you buy. In the late summer don’t forget to pick apples at the local apple orchards. Honeycrisp is my favorite! Try the apple donuts!
Head to Mills River for Sierra Nevada, Burning Blush, Bold Rock and Mills River Brewing, then continue onto Brevard for great hiking and waterfalls like Looking Glass, Triple Falls, Bridal Veil and on a hot summer day brave the Sliding Rock. Of course, Brevard is home of Ecusta Brewing and Oscar Blues.
Or go the other direction to climb to the top of Chimney Rock, hike the Hickory Nut Falls Trail and have dinner at Burntshirt. PS My favorite wine there is Sunset Sippin.
