You will never run out of things to do in Pensacola and on the Beach. But where to start?

Many guests text or call a few hours after arriving at Tiki House with the same comment or complaint. "The refrigerator isn't working!" In all the years we have rented, this has always been a false alarm! We have 2 refrigerators for guest to use, which is really great, but this means we sometimes get the complaint that BOTH fridges are not working!

Please read and follow all our rules while staying. These are not there just to annoy you. They are there to protect you ... and us.

Hot tubs are wonderful amenities. We want our guests to enjoy the hot tub and be able to enjoy without interruption their entire stay. With weekly chemical balancing and cleaning, the hot tub should remain sanitary for you use. But abuse or misuse can result in an unusable or unsanitary mess! Make sure you know and follow the rules.

You need to know the rules to make sure your fun doesn't stop with a citation from the Beach Patrol!

Our vacation home offers all the comforts of home and more!

The toll to get onto Pensacola Beach is hardly an issue at only $1. But the wait can be annoying during high traffic periods, check-in on Saturday or holidays when locals are heading to the beach too. Below are some helpful hints to make getting on the island easier and quicker.

To rent Tiki House Pensacola Beach, our vacation home. we require you to sign/accept a rental agreement. This is for your protection as much as ours. The agreement spells out all the details of renting, from checking-in to checking out!

Here is what you need to know when you arrive at Tiki House Pensacola Beach Home Rental and what to do before you leave to make sure your stay is the BEST it can be!

The traffic on check-in and check-out days can be an issue if you have a deadline. With a little prior planning, you can avoid getting stuck on the bridge, at the toll booth, or on a jam on the Interstate.

The pool at Tiki House is one of the reasons we are the most popular rental on the beach for large groups. We want to make sure you get the most out of the pool during your stay! With a little consideration, you can help keep it in tip-tip condition for your entire stay.

If you are flying in or out of Pensacola and have time to wait before you head to Tiki House or the airport, there a so many things to do. Right next to the Pensacola International Airport is Cordova Mall. A great place to pick up a last minute souvenir, forgotten clothing, or any specialty item you may have forgotten.

Know before you go swimming. The life guards post daily swimming conditions for everyone's safety. On those red and yellow flag days, consider enjoying Tiki House's pool instead! Or just enjoy the sand and sounds of the surf. Check the site to see current flags.

The local newspaper is a great way to keep up with Pensacola Beach local events and news. Sign-up to get it delivered to your email or just check back periodically. When you rent a vacation rental, you are part of the community. At least for a while! After all, this is where Tiki House goes for news too!

When staying in Pensacola Beach, keep these emergency numbers handy! They are also in our Welcome Book in the house. You never know when you will need to call for help, emergency, or to report important information. We do have a landline for emergencies. Please be sure you know where the phone is and that it is plugged in if you do not have access to a cell phone.
