Welcome to Mermaid Manor and your vacation on beautiful Treasure Island! This is a wonderful location with waterfront views of the canal from every room. The beach access from the condo is a short 2-block walk and you are also walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and Johns Pass Village. You can also enjoy a short drive to vibrant downtown St. Petersburg and all of the cultural activities it has to offer.
Your spacious 2BR/2BA unit sleeps 6 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The dining area seats 6 with a beautiful dining table. A second table and chairs in the sunroom seats 4, a perfect spot to drink your morning coffee while watching the dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and herons out the large bay windows. The condo has three 50” flat-screen smart TVs and complimentary WiFi for you to easily connect to your devices.

The kitchen is equipped for you with all the comforts of home including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker and Keurig. Whether youre cooking or just need to reheat leftovers, weve got your kitchen needs covered. You also have a propane gas grill located directly outside of your unit.

You will enjoy all of the intracoastal canal wildlife. The swimming pool, sun loungers, gas grills, outdoor seating area, and laundry facilities are all on the property and ready for you to use and enjoy. You can also fish from the dock. The fishing poles and a tacklebox are located inside the unit. We also have many beach items that you may need. An umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and even sand toys are all ready to be loaded in the beach cart for you to easily take to the beach.
