THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. NO SMOKING IN ANY FORM INSIDE OR ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY. YOU MAY SMOKE AT THE CURB IN FRONT OF THE HOME. A $500 FINE AND TERMINATION OF RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND WILL BE IMPOSED FOR VIOLATIONS.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

Checkin is at 4pm EST and Checkout is STRICTLY before 11:00am EST.
*If you have special circumstances and are needing a later checkin or checkout, please text me. I will do my best in accommodating you, however I cannot guarantee the request.

Pool:

-Pool heating is an extra $50 charge per requested day. For long term stays (30+ days) a set price will be applied.
-This is a salt water pool, it is heated only in the months of October-February, or until weather is consistently in the 90s.
-There is no safety fence around the pool. Parents must monitor their children at ALL times. Children should be supervised at all times. Swim at your own risk. There shall be no running around the pool area. Absolutely NO GLASS NEAR OR AROUND THE POOL (plastic cups are provided, and can be located in the kitchen cabinets)

Spa:

-Upon request only- The pool & hot tub are controlled remotely by the owners.

For your convenience we have arranged the following:

The spa is available two times a day. Just notify us 45 minutes prior to using the spa and we will turn it on so it will be ready for you. The spa is available from 7:00 to 10:00am and 7:00 to 11:30pm. The hot tub is NOT AVAILABLE AFTER 11:30 PM. In winter months the hot tub will take longer to heat up.

Please be respectful to our neighbors, as this is a very peaceful neighborhood!

**The pool lighting is set to be on from sunset - 11:30pm.**

Lawn and pool service:

-These services arrive at the home either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Day of the week may vary depending on weather conditions. The company will not enter the home during their process, but they will have access to the front and the back of the home with access to the side gate.

Additional House Rule:

-No eating inside of the bedrooms, this could bring unwanted guests

-Absolutely no weapons of any kind, or illegal activity in and around the home. This includes, underage drinking.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors, voices and music carry. No loud noises between the hours of 9pm-9am (quiet hours).

-Please close all outside doors behind you, this will avoid insects (such as mosquitoes) to enter the home.

-The drive way outside the home can accommodate 6 vehicles, however I do not offer EV Charging at this home.


**Please let the host know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. Please note that you will be financially responsible for any missing or damaged items within this home.**

-Host will be available for any concerns or questions you may have.
