Water Front Townhouse, Kayaks, Hot Tub, Lake Views - Hot Springs

We are happy to offer a hot tub in each of our locations, please remember this is not a playground or a water park. Excess water splashed onto the floor will rot the carpet and substructure. If we are forced to vacuum up excess water in the Arkansas room there will be an additional fee. Please dry off before you exit the tub and do not allow children to splash. This is not a waterproof environment. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision. Guest who use the hot tub CANNOT use oils, lotions, salts etc and should enter the hot clean. the inflatable hot tub is a wonderful thing, but it has some specific requirements, it cannot be turned off, the heater cannot be turned off, and it only heats up at 2 degrees per hour... So if you decide to turn it off it can take up to a day to heat back up to temperature, also if you decide to get in with oils or lotions and clog the pump on the hot tub there can be an additional fee and the hot tub will kick off and not heat until it is repaired. We offer cable cutter system using the Roku devices... We have HBO Showtime DirecTV now, Pandora Amazon and Netflix... all the cable channels you used to seeing will be on DirecTV. They generally are easy to use but just contact us if you have any questions. The Wi-Fi code is 00000026 that is six zeros then 26. Please bundle up the trash and put it in the trash bins just outside the front door to the right as you leave the home.
