This beautiful and quiet lake front home is located in Hot Springs Village, AR. The largest gated community in the world. 26,000 acres, 9 golf courses, 11 lakes and over 25 miles of walking trails. 8 miles from Ouachita National Forest and Lake Ouachita. This private room and bath has a separate lower entrance and access (if needed) though the house down stairs. Note: Unit does not have a kitchen, only microwave and fridge. Many great restaurants nearby with very easy access There is a small deck outside the door and 30 strides to the lake. Queen sized bed with pillow top and cable, tv, wifi (50 meg) and coffee, shampoo, hair dryer, small fridge, microwave (free popcorn) and more. The bathroom is shower / tub combo and is well lit. We live upstairs on site.
