Welcome to Villa Key Lime Cove, your luxurious gulf-access waterfront property in paradise! As soon as you enter the property you will feel a relaxing serenity after being amazed by the unobstructed water views of this tropical paradise! Immediately to your right after passing the front door, you will find the master bedroom. The master suite features a comfortable king bed to help you relax and unwind after a long fun day, an office desk with a computer overlooking the water to check your emails while enjoying your coffee, a TV to watch some news, or just your favorite TV shows, and French doors leading to the beautiful patio. The master bath features an oversized shower, one walk-in closet, a bathtub, and a separate toilet.

The main living area has spectacular views over the wide gulf-access canal and is open concept with comfortable seating, a smart TV with cable access, and all the popular streaming apps. Moving on to the outdoor area you will find a beautiful patio entertaining space with a private and relaxing heated pool and spa. A dining table where you can have a quiet breakfast while listening to the palm trees swaying in the breeze and the sound of our tropical birds. Here you can also enjoy your favorite BBQ dinner while watching the ever-changing and most amazing sunsets or watching your favorite show on the huge outdoor TV. Some loungers where you can relax after swimming in the pool by drinking your favorite tropical smoothie or cocktail and enjoying the unobstructed water views.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, bottom freezer with ice maker refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats. This is the perfect area to have some lunch with your family while enjoying the spectacular water views. The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a king-size bed and a TV as well as an en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The fourth bedroom is in the former den room and is equipped with a queen-size bed.

Villa Key Lime Cove requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
