After just one turn, you will be in the Caloosahatchee River, from here you can take the boat to waterfront restaurants or to one of the many beaches. The outdoor area features a BBQ and a dining table to enjoy your freshly cooked baby back ribs, loungers, and a tiki hat to enjoy the sunsets while drinking your favorite cocktail, and a heated pool and a gulf access canal to enjoy a day at the pool or explore the waterways.

The master suite features direct access to the pool area and water view to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite as well as a comfortable king-size bed to enjoy a restful nights sleep and a TV to enjoy some movie nights. The master bath features an elegant oversized shower, a centered bathtub, and two separate vanities with granite countertops and plenty of cabinets. Each bedroom is equipped with a good quality mattress and a TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. From this room, you can also enjoy the direct water view and access to the pool area. The third bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a desk to set up your laptop. The second bathroom features granite countertops and a shower as well as access to the pool area to freshen up after swimming in the pool.

Villa Jacky is a waterfront dream home offering an open-concept floor plan with high ceilings and plenty of sliding doors throughout the house to ensure incredible water views from almost every room of the house. This home offers more than 2,000 sqft of living area with everything you need to make your vacation an unforgettable experience. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a tasty meal. The kitchen features granite countertops and 6 comfortable bar stools where you can enjoy breakfast while enjoying the water view. The home is located in the southwest of Cape Coral where you can find great amenities within a short distance. Take a walk or enjoy a drink in Cape Harbor or in Tarpon Point Marina. If you are a nature lover consider going to the Glover Bight Trail. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and more to visit during your stay.

Villa Jacky requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per kWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.
