Welcome to Good Vibes Beach House! Prepare to feel right at home as you soak in all the colorful good vibes of our home! Perfect for families, friends trips or couples. Enjoy time with friends and family in our open concept living area, and fully equipped kitchen. Have your morning coffee from our complimentary coffee bar or your evening cocktail on the large screened porch without the hassle of mosquitos! Located just minutes to the beach and Jensens best restaurants!
Good Vibes beach house is a spacious 3/2 with plenty of space for you and your guests to make themselves right at home. As you enter the home you will be greeted by lots of natural light and all the beach vibes inspired by the colorful artisan cottages in downtown Jensen Beach. Our open concept kitchen and living area makes a great space for families and friends to prepare and enjoy meals in the comfort of your home away from home. Split floor plan with master and full bathroom to one side and additional two bedrooms and full bathroom on the other side of the home. Large screened in porch overlooking backyard, makes a great space to enjoy a meal, some games or just kick back and relax.

Smart tvs in living room, master room and queen room.

Need to get a little work done before play? You will find a workspace in the bedroom and high speed wifi throughout the home.

Washer and dryer offered at no charge to our guests.

The home is in a very quite residential neighborhood with neighbors in close proximity. Parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
All guests must be registered prior to arrival.
Outdoor quite hours are from 10pm-7am.
No drugs or smoking on the property.
There are 3 security cameras on the home which include a ring doorbell, and two ring floodlight cameras. The two floodlight cameras are outside in the carport facing the street and one in the backyard. The cameras will only be monitored if a problem is reported.
Tampering or disabling cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Parking in driveway only.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

$500 day after checkout

Cancellation Policy

50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

There are three security cameras on the property. A ring doorbell and two ring floodlight cameras, one in the carport facing the street and other in the backyard. The cameras will only be monitored if a problem is reported.

The yard is very large however it is not fully fenced yet.
