No Parties:

Outdoor music and noise:

- No outdoor music after 8 pm
- Please keep the volume low all day to respect our neighbors. Complaints from neighbors may lead to citations for both guests and for us hosts by the city.
- We do not have any equipment to record your conversations, however we do have noise monitors inside and outside the home.

SMOKING
No smoking anywhere on the premises including indoors and the backyard (all forms of smoking including tobacco and marijuana).

By booking, I affirm that I agree to indemnify and hold harmless host/owner and related LLC from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person (including guest) as a result of any cause.

BACKYARD CANAL SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE
(by booking the home you agree to the acknowledgement and release, if you do not please immediately cancel the reservation or tell us that you do not agree).

Parents to supervise all children at all times in the backyard!!!
Your own supervision is the key to prevent drowning: never leave children unsupervised in the backyard - not even for a second!
Make sure someone is always watching children in the backyard!

In case of an emergency: act immediately -Shout for help - Pull the child out of the water. Take the child to the phone and dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help. Check airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained).

Additional tips to protect children around water:
- Do not keep toys, tricycles or other playthings in backyard.
- Do not be distracted by phone calls, doorbells, or chores while children are in thebackyard. Your full attention should be on the children.
- Do not rely on swimming lessons or "floaties" to protect your children.
- Attend a CPR class. All family members and baby-sitters should know CPR. For the nearest class, contact your local fire department.
- Learn water rescue. Keep lifesaving equipment mounted near the pool, especially if you cannot swim.
- Inspect latches and gates regularly.
- Set a good example. Insist on safety in the backyard.

By entering into this Agreement, the undersigned guest (on behalf of all occupants/guests) hereby AGREES:

To watch and supervise all children and any minors at all times in the backyard!

To keep all doors, windows, barriers closed and locked.

Assumes all risks associated with having access to backyard and canal behind it. The undersigned further acknowledges that the property owner, the property manager and each of their representatives, employees, directors, officers, and agents are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in or near canal area.

To indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, the property manager and each of their representatives, employees, directors, officers, and agents for any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of access to canal whether caused by their negligence or otherwise.

Acknowledges and agrees that the property owner, the property manager and each of their representatives, employees, directors, officers and agents are in no way liable for any accidents that may occur in the house and in or around backyard.

Waives, discharges and releases the property owner, the property manager and each of their representatives, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for any death, disability, personal injury, or actions of any kind which may occur in the house and in or around the backyard.

Occupancy:

-This property has maximum occupancy at any time of 10 persons total. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM.
