Please do not:

(1) bring dogs unless we have approved them - see below for details
(2) bring cats or puppies
(3) bring more than 2 cars or park your second car in someone else's numbered space - see below for details
(4) invite visitors + have high noise levels
(5) play music after 10 pm

Please be mindful of noise because the townhome shares walls with our neighbors, and our neighbor is a cop! No parties are allowed and Airbnb is strict about this. They may give you a warning if there is a party atmosphere in the home. Walking in and out of the house with visible alcohol, visitors, or high noise levels indicate a party atmosphere. Local laws require music to be turned off at 10 pm.

Pets

If you'd like to bring a dog, please tell us:

(1) if they are 100% and reliably house trained
(2) the dog's age
(3) your dog's size/weight

Please bathe your dog before visiting. There is a groomer called the Sudsy Mutt within walking distance of our place.

Dogs are not allowed on the living room furniture or the velvet chairs in the bedrooms.

Parking

We can only guarantee one parking spot which is a reserved, marked space in front of our place. You can find a second unmarked, visitor spot at most times of the day, but in case the lot is full, our house guide indicates where you can park your second car nearby or we can send you details. You cannot park more than two cars in the community parking lot.
