Tastefully decorated, our home sleeps 8 guests comfortably and has 2 living rooms for pure relaxation. When visiting, you will have access to pools, game rooms, hot tubs and more. Light a fire in the winter or chill on the porch in the summer, there is always something to make you feel like you are on vacation. We look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom modern townhouse located in the charming town of Bartlett, New Hampshire. Our spacious and stylishly decorated home is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to enjoy a memorable vacation in the White Mountains.

As you step into our home, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room with comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment. The open plan design leads to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals during your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find 1 cozy bedroom and a loft, each with plush bedding and plenty of space. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed and and Jack-and-Jill bathroom with great water pressure. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower on the lower level.

Our townhouse also features a lovely outdoor patio area, complete with an electric barbecue grill and seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and stunning scenery.

Located just a short drive from popular ski resorts and hiking trails, our townhouse is the perfect base for exploring all that Bartlett and the White Mountains have to offer. Book your stay with us today and start making memories that will last a lifetime!

You will have access to everything at our home and nothing in the home is shared. The hot tub, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis court and game rooms are shared with other people who have also paid for the yearly membership.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking or vaping in the house
- No smoking on the deck
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 2 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
