It’s efficient layout, including 1 bedroom, a sleeping loft, and an open living area with soaring ceilings & skylights, make Lift Haus the Mount Washington Valley’s ideal ski-in / ski-out destination.
The charming, retro ski lodge vibes of 243 Cow Hill Road give way to modern mountain design & comforts as you enter the condo. Walk downstairs to the bright living room & dining area, with a handsome gas fireplace, leather Poly & Bark sleeper sofa, live edge coffee table, custom pine accent wall, Samsung Smart TV with Roku, YouTube TV, Netflix, and Disney +.
The dining area offers guests with solid wood, live edge dining table & benches, and twin leather barstools at our breakfast bar.
The well appointed kitchen offers brand new Samsung appliances, high-end cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with a new coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, knife set, children’s cups & plates, and cooking utensils. The bathroom offers a very green standup shower, which is due for renovation in the Spring.
Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a sturdy, solid wood queen-size platform bed, with a Nectar memory foam mattress, UGG comforter, Eddie Bauer duvet, and a spacious closet to store clothing during your stay.
The childrens sleeping loft features a low loft twin-over-twin bunk bed, with memory foam mattresses & UGG comforters. Due to the low ceiling, the bunk room is best suited for children, with our queen sleeper sofa offering a comfortable sleeping alternative for groups with more than 2 adults.
Lift Haus is not the biggest Airbnb on the mountain, but it may the best! What this home lacks in size, it makes up for with its desirable ski-on/ski-off location, tasteful design, and top quality furnishings.

Hi, I'm Jim! My wife, Bri, & I purchased a little slice of mountain paradise, Summit Vista, in 2020, and began hosting. In 2023, we added Lift Haus, a beautiful trailside condo at Attitash.
Along with our 2 children, Keely & Brodie, we live in the coastal town of Scituate, MA, but head north to ski, ride, hike, and enjoy the White Mountains any chance we get. Come visit Summit Vista & Lift Haus, and see why we love the White Mountains!

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- We love dogs, but unfortunately Lift Haus' HOA does not allow them in this home.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible.
- Please don't bring skis, poles, snowboards, or ski boots into the condo.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Renter assumes risk of fall while using ladder to the loft
- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
PARKING: There is free parking in the 243 Cow Hill Rd. parking lot. Parking is first come, first served.
OCCUPANCY: Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed at any time.
EVENTS: Weddings, gatherings, parties or other events are not allowed at Lift Haus.
TRASH: Bear Alert! Do not leave trash or food in the car or outside of the home. The cleaning team will pick up your trash at the end of your stay. If you need to dispose of trash prior to checkout, we have access to the dumpster across Cow Hill Rd. Turn left out of lower parking lot, and enter the 1st road on the right, which is the Franklin House driveway. The dumpster is located on the right. Trash must be placed inside the dumpster. The lid is heavy, so bring a friend!
SMOKING: This is a no smoking property, which means no smoking in the condo, or anywhere on the property.
FIREWORKS: Fireworks are not permitted at Lift Haus.
