A few minutes from the shores of Lake Garda, in the small town of Portese in San Felice del Benaco, a nice apartment on the first floor (without elevator) accessible by 2 flights of stairs, within an elegant residential complex with swimming pool.

The house is divided into 2 floors connected by an internal staircase: on the ground floor there is a living room-kitchenette with 2 sofas, 1 ottoman bed, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom; the second floor consists of a double bedroom, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom and a balcony with partial lake view.

From the living room you can access the terrace to enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding hills and the large swimming pool.

The small private garden with table and chairs, barbeque and deck chairs, is located at the entrance of the residence.

Parking free is out from the residence.

In the area it is possible to practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving, golf course just 10 km away, trekking and mountain biking trails, horse riding centers.
The location of the house is ideal for reaching Salò (2 km) and the boat that will take you in a few minutes to the Veronese shore with its villas where you can reach playgrounds for children and adults.
Gardone Riviera with the Vittoriale (4 kmca), Padenghe sul Garda (15km), with the precious extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C wines, and Sirmione 30 km away with the famous thermal baths.
