The apartment is an ideal accommodation choice for a lake vacation. The house overlooks the lake and is hardly 200 meters from it. Other amenities restaurants (100 meters), shops (200 meters), a supermarket (200 meters) and a tennis court (200 meters) are at walking distance.
 
Salò, the erstwhile capital of Garda has a long promenade along the lakefront which offers a pleasant walking opportunity. There are numerous cafes and restaurants where visitors can stop by and admire the beauty of the lake. Other sites worth visiting from the town are its museum, amphitheater, botanical gardens and the incredible Isola del Garda. The cycling route connecting Riva with Limone is worth visiting.
 
The nearest airport from the house is about 150 kilometers. A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
