Welcome to our charming and historic home! As a cozy and well-loved abode, our house is full of character and history, and we simply adore it. If youre looking for a space with a bit of wear and tear thats rich in personality, youll feel right at home here.
We recently invested several thousand dollars in renovations to give our home a fresh and updated look, but we also wanted to maintain its charming character. So, if youre looking for a modern and sleek space with state-of-the-art appliances, this may not be the perfect fit for you.
However, if you appreciate a bit of history and the unique story that comes with an older home, wed love to welcome you with open arms. Whether youre here for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, were confident youll fall in love with our one-of-a-kind abode.
Note: No garage, but parking for 2 cars in driveway. Street parking is available but only for certain hours of days, be sure to check the street signs so you dont get towed or ticketed. Please do not park directly in front of one of our neighbors houses --they may need the Parking space for themselves.
Check-in and checkout times: Were happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour.
Pets are welcome! But theres a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details.
24/7 Availability: Myself or my assistant is always available to assist you, 24/7. If you have any questions, just let us know! Were here to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Why does the price change? Dont worry, its just our dynamic pricing software working its magic. It adjusts rates based on demand and other factors to make sure you get the best value.
Can you tell me more about the Noiseaware system? Absolutely! The Noiseaware gadget is a helpful tool that lets us know if the noise level inside and outside the property goes above a certain level(to prevent party level noise). Its just a noise monitor, not a recording device, so your privacy is always respected. Its solely to prevent parties as Los Angeles County is very strict with this.
The pool has some leaves and twigs, what can you do about it? Our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a weekly pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. In the meantime, youre welcome to use the pool net to remove any leaves or twigs you may find.
Do you have enough serving dishes and utensils for big groups? Yes, we have enough utensils for up to 16 guests, so youre all set for a big gathering!
Can we book a 1-night stay? Unfortunately, our minimum stay is 2 nights during weekdays and 3 nights during the weekends.
Can we request for a towel change? We dont offer hotel-style amenities, but we do provide one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest for the entire stay. If you need clean towels, youre welcome to use our washing and drying machines.
Is there a smoking room or is smoking allowed on the property? Im sorry, but smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.
