This home is perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape or looking to explore the local attractions. Youre just minutes away from world-famous theme parks and the bustling Ventura Boulevard.

Absolutely NO PARTIES whatsoever. No Smoking anywhere. Quiet Hours 9pm-8am, this is very strict as we have sensitive neighbors.

Pool Heating: If youd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. If youd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just let us know and well send someone on our team to do so in the morning (We do charge a $100 preheating charge for this). Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature.

Check-in and checkout times: Were happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There is an extra fee of $50 per hour.

Pets are welcome! But theres a $250 fee per pet, and we need to approve it first, so just message us the details.

Why does the price change? Dont worry, its just our dynamic pricing software working its magic. It adjusts rates based on demand and other factors to make sure you get the best value.

The pool has some leaves and twigs, what can you do about it? Our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a weekly pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. In the meantime, youre welcome to use the pool net to remove any leaves or twigs you may find.

Do you have enough serving dishes and utensils for big groups? Yes, we have enough utensils for up to 16 guests, so youre all set for a big gathering!

Can we book a 1-night stay? Unfortunately, our minimum stay is 2 nights during weekdays and 3 nights during the weekends.

Can we request for a towel change? We dont offer hotel-style amenities, but we do provide one regular towel and one pool towel for each guest for the entire stay. If you need clean towels, youre welcome to use our washing and drying machines.

Can you explain the pool heating rates? Sure thing! The pool heating rate is $100 per day. If youre staying for 5 nights, for example, it would be $500. If you want to start heating the pool on the 2nd day, youll only pay from that day onward. If youd like us to heat the pool before your arrival, just add an additional $100 to the rate.

Do you offer discounts on pool heating rates? Unfortunately, we dont offer discounts on pool heating rates. Our rates are already lower than most other pool houses, many of which charge between $100-$150 per day, so this is the best price we can offer.

How do I operate the pool? Dont worry, its super easy! We have access to the pool heating system through an app, so just request if youd like the Pool heated and we can turn it on remotely!

Is there a smoking room or is smoking allowed on the property? Im sorry, but smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside the house, including the backyard and pool area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free. This is also a fire hazard zone so no fire anywhere outside please.
