Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. --Check in at 4:00 p.m and check out at 11:00 a.m. (possibly earlier/late if cabin is ready but could be an additional charge). --MAX occupancy of 14 this includes infants as well as any guest. --Door code will be provided before arrival. --Must be 25 years old or older to rent. --No parties or events.
