You will have full access to the living room and full kitchen connected with your private main bedroom suite (overlooking the garden) and hall bathroom on the main floor upstairs. The rest of the unit will be locked off (per your listing) for the owners private use downstairs. Due to my busy travel schedule, we will unlikely run into each other.

Upstairs hall bathroom with tall glass enclosure shower and Hans Grohe faucets serves the Master Bedroom

Laundry Machines are upstairs inside the hall closet. Our home has an electronic key entry and lockbox by the private entrance. We will send you a digital House Manual that contains travel directions, check-in instructions, amenity details, neighborhood dining, grocery shopping info, FAQs and contact directly. The code needed to enter the property would be available 72 hours prior to check-in in our online house manual.

Parking on the street during the day will be difficult and plenty during the evenings and weekends. There is a rental car company one block away. Parking inside our garage is limited to a sedan or company SUV due to garage door narrow dimensions of width = 96 wide x 72 tall and 180” vehicle maximum length.. Please double check your car size before renting our space, as we will decline your parking privilege if your car exceeds the size above mentioned.
