Solara Sands Dawn is part of the stunning Solara Sands retreat, designed to accommodate large groups and families. This beautiful, one-of-a-kind property is perfectly constructed and furnished to meet your specific needs. Whether you are hosting a family reunion, corporate retreat, or wedding group getaway, our beautiful home has you covered!
⚠️⚠️⚠️ Please note that Solara Sands Dawn is one half of the Solara Sands property, which includes two separate houses: the Dawn House and the Dusk House. This listing is specifically for Solara Sands Dawn, meaning you will have exclusive access to this house only and will not have access to the Dusk House.

🚫 LIMITED AMENITIES & RESTRICTIONS 🚫
• Guests will have exclusive access to DAWN HOUSE ONLY and will not have access to the other house (Dusk House).
• The elevator has sustained significant damage and is temporarily out of service.
• The pool is available for use, but please be aware that pool heating is currently unavailable.
• Solara Gate is not operational at the moment. We are working on repairs but do not have a specific timeline for completion. The area remains very safe, and the gate can be left open at all times.
• Arcade Machine is currently not available.
• Firewood is not provided for the wood fire pit.
🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each.
📷 Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the driveway to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices.

- ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS -
📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID:
Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.
💳 Security Deposit:
A security deposit hold of $1000 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by Stripe, a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 3 days before your arrival and will be released 3 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.
✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.
