Clara Beach Cottage - Bolivar Peninsula

Clara Beach Cottage is an open-concept beach house that is ideal for a single family or even a few! Sleeps up to 12 people and perfect for families with children. Come relax in the large kitchen or living room, sit on the porch with a view of the beach or take a 5-minute walk to the Gulf, with beach access. The Big Store is just a block away and plenty of shops and restaurants you can drive or take your golf cart. The kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms and bedrooms with plenty of linens. The home has toys and games for kids and adults and large outdoor games to play in the sunshine. Under the home, there is a shower to wash off the sand, a bbq and picnic table to eat and relax and a large double swing to hang out on. There are tvs in each room; the living room tv is the only one that has a Roku with all streaming channels available; the other rooms are just equipped with a Blu-Ray player. Central AC is in the home as well as ceiling fans in each room and in the main living area. This home is so quaint and bright and is a perfect place to unwind.

**BAD WEATHER**- Refunds will only be made for MANDATORY evacuations for hurricanes or tropical storms heading into the Gulf Of Mexico towards the Peninsula. If you and your guests are on-site, we will ask you to vacate immediately and follow local evacuation protocols and the nights that will be missed will be partially refunded. If there is a storm prior to your arrival that requires evacuation, you will be refunded 100%. Coastal weather can be volatile and we can’t always guarantee sunshine or when a storm or rain swell will occur. We suggest purchasing travelers insurance, as coastal weather is very unpredictable.
**Power and Internet**- You are staying at a home where weather can be unpredictable. That being said, internet can be spotty or go out completely. We are on a Peninsula, so it may take crews a day or two to fix any issues.
