Welcome your peaceful home away from home in The Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GSMNP)! Enjoy this privately owned cabin, tucked away in the woods, with views of the forest and local wildlife. This cabin is just the perfect size for a cozy getaway or a family retreat. Located in beautiful Wears Valley, convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and 15 minutes to Townsend and Cades Cove, 3 miles from the back entrance to the GSMNP. The cabin has three super comfy log beds; one is a King Bed, the other two are Full/Queen beds, so the cabin will accommodate 2 - 6 people.

Primary bedroom has a King log bed, New mattress, 2 nightstands, large 6 drawer dresser, and ceiling fan with locking bedroom door for privacy. Extra pillows and blankets located in the closet.

2nd Bedroom

1 queen bed

2nd bedroom has a New Queen sized log bed, new mattress with Soft linens and pillows. Nightstand, ceiling fan and dresser are located in this bedroom, locking door for privacy

Main floor bathroom

Full bathroom with shower, plenty of hand towels, wash clothes, bath towels, basic soaps, and plenty of toilet paper.

Fully stocked Kitchen

Full sized appliances with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Plates, cups, flatware, bowls, baking sheets, crockpot, george foreman grill, air fryer, popcorn popper, tinfoil, various spices, sugar, coffee, dual coffee maker with filters, coffee bean grinder, wine glasses, cooking utensils, paper towels, dish rags and towels, trashbags, and various cleaners.

Primary Bathroom has been remodeled with large tiled shower with pebble floor, large soaking tub, and double sinks. Stocked with bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, basic soaps, and plenty of toilet paper. Adjoins primary bedroom

Outside covered deck space

Spacious covered decks with fireplace (available Oct-April only), private hottub, lots of comfortable furniture, as well as a place to dine outside. Large gas grill is perfect for grilling during the beautiful weather here in TN. The covered decks are perfect for watching local wildlife when they visit our property.

Living Room

Open living room area with brand new comfortable leather couches, with seating up to 6 people. Great wi-fi, playing cards, and smart TV with DVD players and tons of DVD's available for guest entertainment. Soaring ceilings with real tongue & groove, open cabin feel, large cathedral windows and gorgeous views of the surrounding woods.

Dining Room

Dining room with large table and seating for 6 guests. This space also doubles as a remote work station. Plenty of room to set up your laptop, and we have good wi-fi!

Getting around

The cabin is close to Hillbillies Restaurant. 4 wheel drive is not needed to get to the cabin. There are no super steep roads to climb, but we are outside of the city, so roads are curvy, wooded and dark. Roads are in good shape and paved, except the last .20 of a mile.. Wolf Way is gravel, but is well maintained.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guest will be issued a code that is specific to them, and for their reservation time. Check in time is 4pm, checkout is 10am.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

primary renter must be 25 years old, have a valid ID, which will be shared with me to book the cabin. Renter must agree to rental agreement prior to renting cabin.

Maximum occupancy: 6

Max of 6 guests at any time. Please do not bring additional guests, or your reservation could be cancelled. We cannot accommodate more than 6 due to septic constraints and permitting.

House Rules

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Please NO smoking/vaping in the cabin or within 25 ft of cabin or decks. A smoke remediation fee of $450 will be charged and loss of damage deposit if a guest is found in violation of house rule.
Occupancy is limited to your party only, and is limited to 6 people max at any time, this does includes children and day guests. Please don't bring additional friends, or you will be asked to leave the property with no refund!
Active security cameras at entrances to cabin that are recording audio and video 24/7. Tampering with video cameras, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector or internet router will result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund, and guest will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Please be kind to our cabin and follow house rules.
If you find something in need of repair or attention, please let us know.
Guests assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges or missing items from cabin. This includes any damage to pool table or felt on pool table.
Please do not attempt to move pool table or furniture.
Please don't place food or drinks on pooltable.
Please do not tamper with locked storage closets.
Minimum age to rent is 25, and primary renter must be present during the reservation. Please no third party reservations.
Due to insurance requirements, Photo ID and signed rental agreement is required to book. NOTE: Both inside/outside fireplaces are available for use from Oct-April, and are gas only. The grill on the deck is gas only. No charcoal/wood burning allowed at our cabin.
Please supervise children at all times, especially around the hottub. They cannot be left unattended at any time at our cabin.
Miscellaneous: We ask that you do not litter at our cabin or anywhere else while you're in the Smokies. Please keep our mountains and surrounding areas beautiful and litter free! Trees, brush and bushes are vulnerable to forest fires. No fireworks or burning anywhere on the property!
Dispose of cigarette butts properly (not in brush or on decks). Please be fire aware!
Wildlife: Our cabin is professionally treated for pest control on a regular basis. Please do your part by keeping doors closed and all food in the cabin and trash in bear proof containers by the driveway.
Please always keep a safe distance (at least 50 feet) from the local wildlife and please do not feed them.
All are active day/night
NOTE: During warm months, snakes are active during the day and at night! Please be aware and look where you are walking. The Smoky Mountains have copperheads and rattlesnakes. Please follow posted hot tub rules. Supervise children at all times around the hottub. Use hottub at your own risk!

100 % payment at time of booking. $600 security deposit will be held until 14 days after guest checks out. Payment thru Square

Refundable Damage Deposit

A security deposit of $650 will be taken and held until 14 days after the guest checks out, or before that if the cabin is found damage free.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
