This cabin and huge yard are ideal for a family get away. This two bedroom, two bath cottage sleeps 8 and boasts an oversized yard, with a creek running through it! Enjoy sitting by the firepit or playing cornhole, while the kiddos enjoy playing in the playhouse or pretend fishing in the creek. This home has two nice size bedrooms with queen size beds and a loft which sports a game room and 2 trundle beds, making it 4 twin beds for the kids to have a great time and their own private space during your vacation!

Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and Cozy Cottage! Here is your check-in information: -Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 6945 -Check out is 10:00 am -The address is 2842 Covemont Rd. Sevierville, TN -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: Login information listed on chalkboard in Kitchen. Additional things to know: -We have a drip & Keurig coffee maker - coffee not provided. -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking. 100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay (meaning you will not owe the remaining of your balance), and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

*NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
