A delightfully elegant and welcoming Villa, built in typical Gozon style is located on the peaceful outskirts of Xaghra town in North Gozo. Just a stone’s throw from the famous red sand beach of Ramla this traditional stone villa is the ideal spot for your peaceful Mediterranean getaway.
This modern villa comfortably sleeps six. On entering the villa, an elegant passageway takes you to an open-plan living/dining space with an open-plan full kitchen. The living area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, leading to a dining area which comfortably seats six. The kitchen features a breakfast bar seating two, perfect for that quiet early morning coffee. The kitchen is full equipped with a cooker hob, oven and microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Large French windows lead out onto a sun-soaked private terrace and a large swimming pool with an in-built Jacuzzi. The terrace is equipped with a coffee table and three outdoor armchairs. The path leads to a private garden, equipped with three sun loungers with a large sunshade, charcoal grill, and an outdoor dining table seating six, perfect for a moonlight dinner or simply to soak in the sun.

Xaghra is the third largest town in Gozo with a population of approx. 5000, the town centre has a variety of bars, restaurants and bistros to cater to every palate, as well as small grocery stores and even a spa! It is located close to the popular sandy beach of Ramla, reached by a short car ride, or for the more active a 30-minute walk away. Overlooking Ramla Bay is the Calypso’s cave, the supposed home of Homer’s Calypso.
Xaghra has good road and public transport links to Victoria (Rabat) and Mgarr Harbour and Gozo ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with accessible public transport and highway connections to the international airport.
The island can be easily travelled by car and public transport. Historical tours, treks and water sports can be conveniently booked and reached anywhere on the island. Victoria the capital of Gozo is a convenient 10-minute car journey, here you’ll find many bars and restaurants as well as the famous Citadel. Victoria has many museums and tours dedicated to the history of Gozo and Malta. Mgarr Harbour is 15mins away by car, home to the ferry terminal, with frequent ferries for the 25 min crossing to Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal on Malta with accessible public transport and highway connections to the international airport.
The typical Mediterranean climate of Malta is sunny climate with a daily average of five to six hours of sunshine in midwinter and 12 hours in summer. The Summers are hot, dry, and very sunny. The remarkably mild winters with piercing blue skies make it ideal for long rambles in the lush and verdant countryside. Malta has an amazing cultural heritage with 7000 years of history, the clearest water in the Mediterranean (snorkelling and diving world spot), walking/trekking tours, Land and water sports and lots of restaurants, bars and festivals. A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
